Park Cienega Motel — Hotel in Los Angeles

This is not a hotel nor motel. After having stayed here for its convenience & cleanliness, it is obvious that thier revenue is sourced from traveling nurses who dominate the atmosphere & strict rules of NO NOISE POLICY. Several times i was accosted on the premises with my kids about noise levels at 11am in the morning. They favor only those who pay extended stays and exploit the rest of thier paying customers. They take ur money & tell you to SHUT UP LATER. THERE IS NO ETIQUETTE, CLASS OR BUSINESSES PRACTICE THAT IS ETHICAL ABOUT THIS HOTEL AT ALL. I will be reporting them to several agencies in regards to thier uncouth, primitive, exploitive, undermining business practices. This hotel is not fit, for any HUMAN BEING, PARTICULARLY KIDS. That in and of itself, is despicable, & unwarranted behavior against children. DONT GIVE THESE CROOKS YOUR MONEY!! BEWARE. LET THE TRAVELING NURSES pay...

I stayed here for 9 days while looking for an apartment to rent. The room smelled moldy, the carpet crusty feeling. I asked for another room and the lady gave me a huge attitude. There was obvious drug activity going on. A young man who was staying 2 doors from me asked me for a cigarette one day and he seemed like a nice guy who'd fallen on hard times. That night I went to bed and woke up in the morning to screaming and crazy commotion. The young man overdosed on heroin in his hotel room. The owners were incentives to the mans family member. That was hard to watch. I also seen the owners yell at people with babies/ kids threatening to kick them on the street if they couldn't shut the baby up. Watch out for needles, don't walk around at night unless you have to, a lot of seedy characters around. I would not suggest bringing...

I only booked to stay here as it has a 8.2 rating on Booking.com. This is so misleading and should be investigated. We could not sleep at all while we stayed here. The combination of the noisy fridge that went on and off every ten minutes, the dripping tap, and the loud road ensured this. The worst thing though was the thin walls meaning we could every detail of the couple next door having sex - down to their pet names. The management were awful at helping us and told us they called the people next door, who stopped for about ten minutes and then carried on, but said that the could only fix the fridge and tap the following week.
