WARNING, do not come here unless you want incompetent service and incorrect orders. It saddens me to have to write a bad review on a place I have been coming to for over 4 years, but the service displayed by the employee and management was more then a reason to let other yelpers know. To the owners, I will be posting this on your Facebook and google reviews in the chance you missed it here, and in hopes that you are able to help train your future employees better.
This place has downgraded due its management and how they handle unsatisfied customers. Not sure how hard it is to take a simple order for two but apparently it was. Not only was my order given to me incorrectly once, but TWICE. And when I asked to have the order corrected once again, I was told that it was my fault for not specifying what kind of style of chicken I wanted. Last time I checked... when taking an order, the employee will ask for specifications when it isn’t specified on the menu. After asking several times to just fix the order, no refund needed, they said it would take another 20. I have already been waiting over 30 min.
Unfortunately, your employees are not trained correctly and management is a great example as to why they are not. Word of advice to the owners of this establishment, Fixing the problem can be handled quickly by doing just that, fixing the ORDER. When asking the manager for their names, she refused to give them to me so I am unable to report who they were. Not a problem, they were there at 2:15pm on a Thursday 8/13. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to your establishment any longer. Or recommended your food to the Corporate offices I work with. Read moreDisappointed, mostly from the manager's lack of desire to fix spoiled (maybe dangerous) food, but also from the poorer food quality in the last few months. We have been ordering from this Pita café monthly for the last 3-5 years and in the last 7-8 orders the pita bread was smelling slightly to moderately of mold. The last order (about 2-3 weeks ago) the pita was still moldy but also the humus tasted really bitter like it was spoiled, of course we threw both away. The chicken kebab and rice, were great as always. I called the restaurant and spoke with a lady who seemed to have authority (so maybe the manager) as she could give us free food if we bring it back and so on. I told her that I was not really going to go there as it was not a huge deal, but it was much more important for me what are they going to do to fix the pita and the hummus. Her response was something like "We have not had any other complaints and the chef is checking this all the time so we might take a look…". This tells me that they'll likely won't do anything so it is sad that we'll likely stop ordering from there. Read moreWe have ordered 20+ times from there but got a really poor experience today. One full meal was missing from our order, and instead the veggie soup I had ordered (from their menu - see image), I received a chicken soup. So we called to get it fixed and had to spend almost an hour on the phone to get them to refund the missing dish. They wouldn't refund the soup although it wasn't a veggie soup as listed on their website. Turns out they don't even have a veggie soup as listed on their site... And they don't care that the info is wrong. I am not sure what their problem is or if it's a new management but this was such an unpleasant experience that we will no longer...
