Del Taco — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The inside is spotless. The staff is extremely helpful, patient and courteous.

The food is good for what it is. Crunchy tacos were filled nice with ground meat, lettuce and cheese.

Just have your stuff together when you order, know what you want, have cash ready to go to pay the cashier, and you shouldn't have any problems.

This is a busy location, and the staff from Kaiser next door come in here at all hours of the day.

Problem though... The homeless that swarm the parking lot are out of control. Daytime, around lunch, oh my.

Homeless and drunks frequent the neighborhood because of proximity to the freeway underpass. Some rando homless guy demanded I give him some food... which I didn't have.

Best advice if you're going to get anything here is to take full advantage of the drive thru. And then drive away asap. Do not linger in the parking lot.

I wasn't really sure which star to give this place because of the homeless thing. Maybe if they hire a security guard to kick out all the homeless out of the parking lot, this place could easily be a five-star spot. Please take that with the green of salt, since this is after all a fast food place.

But in general, for the food that you're getting, the value of what you're spending, the cleanliness of the inside, in the friendly staff, I'd say this place should...

Hi guys today I was in the drive through at 12 am I literally was in line for 30min I the drive through which is 24 hours it was finally my turn to order and the radio said that the place was closed now so I was thinking it was just an error so I waited till the car in front of me got his food that I heard him order through the speaker. I pulled up and she was ignoring me . She opened the window and I said excuse me I think the speaker messed up and told me you guys were closed . She said she’s literally not feeling well so she’s not going to service us 4 cars that were next ? Which we were waiting for over 30min . And I said but there is other workers there? And she said she has the right to refuse service and she doesn’t have time for this and closed the window . I got out the car and I asked the girl behind me did she also tell her she was closed and she said no the lady told her to hold on .. so she was deliberately trying not to serve me . ??? For who know what reason!!! ??? I wanted answers to why did they have all of us wait so long she still did not come to the window . I just left and I parked and literally watched her take other people’s order not using the app like she printed When I was waiting for...

In my opinion based on what I saw ; Employee only bathroom when the employees don't have to use the public restrooms the public restroom is noticeably dirtier than the employee only restroom it's a very bad policy if that is your official policy change it and if it isn't retrain your people.

I wish I could get more eggs on my egg taco breakfast taco thing instead of like completely full of bacon.

Discrimination or bias against non-spanish non-latino customers is disgusting and appalling you should know better as a person of color racism and discrimination is definitely not within the company policies or the guidelines.

Why is one of the front doors locked during the day Friday light employees are too lazy to unlock the door what else are they too lazy to do.

A bare minimum attitude from the staff. there's definitely something wrong with this store hope you guys figure it out.

Will avoid until new management fires everyone and they figure it out.
