La Michoacana Premium — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I recently visited this location and had mixed feelings about my experience.

First, let's talk about the ice cream quality—it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich and creamy, and I could tell they use high-quality ingredients. 🍦✨ However, I was really taken aback by the prices. I expected to pay a bit more for premium ice cream, but the prices here felt excessive, especially for what you get.

To make matters worse, I encountered some rude employees during my visit. Instead of the warm, welcoming experience I hoped for, I felt quite uncomfortable as they weren't very friendly or accommodating. It really put a damper on my outing.

Another downside was the lack of single scoop cups. I prefer a smaller portion sometimes, but they only offered larger sizes. This made it tough to enjoy just a taste of their amazing flavors without committing to a giant serving.

Overall, while the ice cream itself is top-notch, the high prices, unwelcoming staff, and lack of options for smaller servings left me disappointed. I hope they can work on these issues, as I'd love to come back for that...

No prices are listed...$16 for two double scoops 🍨 The lady worker who first approached us was very very nice (A+), my kid and niece were not ready so she asked if it was okay to help the girls behind us, which I had no problem with. A second lady worker (D-) approached us, kids were still not ready but wanted to try one flavor, she gave it to her and walked away. Once they decided what they wanted we got behind the girls that came in after us that were still being helped by the 1st lady worker. Another customer came in and the second lady worker that gave my niece the sample, completely ignored us and took that customer's order instead. Horrible customer service from her but she was all smiles with the man she was helping 🤔 our wait was about 10 mins or so just because she chose not to help us. I would have left but the kids were asking for that specific ice cream and I promised them I'd get them some, I will not be returning to that...

I'm going to give this place a 3 star rating because their stuff is great!! But they're service is a 2 star!! The staff is pretty slow and lady helping me had an attitude which was kind of uncalled for I definitely didnt give her attitude. 2 this place should be cool inside considering it's a ice cream parlor and its "premium" it was cooler outside than inside, it felt 80° horrible. 3. They used to have blinds that would allow customers to sit inside and enjoy their ice cream and such, now they're gone adding to the heat now you can barely open your eyes inside cause the sun sets as round 5 or whatever and that's when people start coming j with their families.
