Jiwoo She is the best the customer service was amazing

Prepare to embark on a gastronomic adventure like no other at Otto . From the moment I stepped inside, I knew I was in for a memorable culinary experience.

The restaurant's atmosphere exudes sophistication and authenticity. The elegant Japanese decor, complete with traditional wooden furnishings and subtle lighting, instantly transported me to a different world. It's a place where you can savor not only exceptional sushi but also the ambiance that complements it perfectly.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the sushi. The menu is a treasure trove of creative and classic options. From the moment I perused the offerings, I was torn between traditional favorites and daring new combinations. Opting for the latter, I embarked on a culinary journey that left my taste buds in awe.

The freshness of the ingredients was unparalleled. The sashimi practically glistened on the plate, a testament to its quality. Each piece of sushi was a work of art, meticulously crafted by skilled hands. The fish was tender, the rice impeccably seasoned, and the combination of flavors in each bite was a revelation.

What truly sets Otto apart is their commitment to perfection. Every dish was not just a meal but a masterpiece. The chef's creativity shone through in every roll, and I found myself trying combinations I'd never even imagined. Each dish was a surprise, a symphony of flavors that danced on my palate.

The service was equally exceptional. The staff's passion for what they do was evident in their attentiveness and knowledge. They were more than happy to explain the nuances of each dish and offer recommendations, making the experience all the more enjoyable.

As for the prices, it's important to note that this is not your run-of-the-mill sushi joint. The quality, artistry, and overall experience come at a higher cost, but it's a price worth paying for a meal that transcends the ordinary.

In summary, Otto is not just a sushi restaurant; it's a culinary gem that should be on every food lover's bucket list. It's a place where tradition meets innovation, where every bite is a revelation, and where dining becomes an experience you'll cherish forever. I left [Restaurant Name] with a profound appreciation for sushi and a yearning to return. If you're seeking the best sushi in town, look no further Otto is the epitome of...

Ordered the spicy garlic edamame and the Gyoza for appetizer. The edamame was not as spicy as I thought it would be, and although it was too salty for me, it was most certainly garlicky, which made it tolerable. The Gyoza was deep fried, which was a disappointment, because Gyoza should be pan fried, and it was veggie, which was not stated on the menu.

Also ordered the salmon sushi and the salmon belly sushi which were both fresh. Then we got the baked crawfish roll which was good, and the baked salmon roll, which looked like it needed a bit more baking done. It was still good though.

I got the beef yaki soba which came with tender beef and perfectly cooked noodles, but alas, it was again too salty for me.

The service was friendly and fast, although the server kept coming back to ask about our order. She didn’t write anything down which makes me think she probably would be better off writing things down.

The place was clean and had a nice decor and ambience. The plaza had ample parking.

Overall it satisfied our sushi craving but I feel there’s better sushi places in the valley that have dishes that are...

My partner and I walked in here right before close. We had been house sitting and completely forgot to eat, and oh wow did this hit the spot! If you're low carb, paleo or keto they have amazing cucumber rolls (with a tiny bit of soy paper) and so many riceless dishes to chose from. I think we inhaled about 7-9 different items AND got some of the cute riceless rolls for home in case we got hungry later.

Ji Woo, our server was so kind and understanding of our food-starved brains and helped us order only the most delicious things... of which I can say seems to be everything? We ordered an ABSURD amount of food and it was still under $200 with tip, best sushi deal in LA?

One thing! If you have an iPhone there's an issue where the Google Maps app will tell you they close an hour LATER than they do. Call the business to make sure you have the correct end of day time if you have come yo this review on an iPhone.

11/10, DELICIOUS food, quality service, cute restaurant--go here! This post was not sponsored, I just really really want to eat here over and over and over and tell...

Hands down, one of the best services I've ever gotten on top of that the sushi was spectacular. After going to the Getty my sister and I stopped by Ottos for dinner. The place was nearly empty which was good because it's not that big. We started off by ordering their crispy rice without the salmon (bc I'm a vegetarian), then I got the tempura veggie roll and an avocado roll with a Dr. Pepper. Everything was fresh, crispy, and delicious. It was one of the best tempura veggie rolls I've had; it had sweet potato, squash, asparagus, and I believe Yuka root (not sure, lol). The prices were fair and the server went above and beyond for us. Would recommend it, and I would definitely come again. If you're in the SF Valley, check it out.
