Stopped by for lunch not knowing Tuesday is special meal day

Ordered a bowl - chow mein w/ spicy orange chicken (first time seeing it made this way). I have to admit, this is by far the best orange chicken I’ve had. It has a good balance of sweetness w/ a kick of spicy (not much but enough to add on to the flavor). To my personal liking, the orange chicken was slightly crunchy but really well cooked - otherwise id rate this dish a 5

Food was decent... Parking was challenging. Service was lacking! I wanted items placed in the cups. BUT... All they wanted to do is dish out Combo Plates.. I believe I should be able to order what I want; not what they want to serve. NOT SPEAKING ENGLISH WAS A MAJOR HURDLE. With limited communication, come little understanding.

Im not a huge fan of Chinese (I hate panda) but this place had amazing chow mein and jalapeño chicken. The prices for their combos are great for the amount of food you get. I couldn’t finish it!! The parking is challenging but so is any place in LA. No restrooms either.
