Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Los Angeles

We went to this chipotle two weeks after it opened. The staff was very welcoming and the store was clean but when it came to ordering our food. I noticed they were skimping of all the portions. The person who was preparing our order was obviously very new and I understand that so I want to give them the benefit of the doubt. They did have the photos of what the scoop should look like for each serving.

However, you would think that a little bit of common sense would be applied to preparing the order.

Each scoop of food (rice, beans, vegetables) was half the size of the spoon. And clearly didn't even match the SOP photos that was place the right in front of them. Also, this was before I added protein to the bowl.

I had to ask for a little bit of extra rice and vegetables, and when they did add it, it equaled the full scoop that it should have been in the first place.

At that point, everything in me wanted to just say, you know what, forget it?I don't need to deal with this. But my family was hungry and they wanted to eat. I was livid with the amount that was added into my order. And felt like I wasted money that day..

Chipotle already has a bad reputation for skipping on portions, but this location is downright ridiculous. I can honestly say that I will NOT be turning into...

I just experienced some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at Chipotle or anywhere, honestly.

Nobody is even in here. The line is not stocked. Two managers were serving me, and carrying on a full conversation about their pay while they were serving me.

I had to wait longer while one of them restocked salsas I wanted, and they checked out the customer behind me first as a result.

This location is also suffering from some health violations I’ve been seeing other locations suffering from lately. Cheese in the guac and on the surface of the line, which will cause cross contamination and can be a risk to people with allergens. I am lactose intolerant.

I will be reaching out to the health department next because this problem has become so egregious in so many Chipotles. I’m tired...

That was the last time. I gave it 5 opportunities and it has disappointed every time. Super expensive food. $12.50 for a small burrito add $4 more for guacamole and $2 more for tortilla chips!!!?? On top of over cooked warm meat with super cold cheese and salsa that ruins the burritos. Super bad customer service. Today I walked in. Three employee failed to acknowledge me and continue working. I finally used a quarter to knock on the glass and finally an employee stares at me like I’m rude. Then helps me without ever saying anything. I will never go to any Chipotle restaurant again and hope you also don’t put up with it. Chanel 5 news cast members even had a five minute discussion on how bad this food is and the prices...
