Now, if this photo doesn’t give the slightest idea of the horrible customer service experience my partner and I encountered, no worries, I’ve got a story to back it!

I’m sure you can see the workers clearly not helping this gentleman, right? Three people on shift and I’m not a hater against having a good time at work, by all means have fun! but when you have people standing there waiting to order while you’re sitting in a trio laughing, it’s not right to me.

On this shift there’s a blonde girl, a tall guy which you can see In the photo then we have the lovely lady who likes to give dirty looks.

She had brown long hair, pretty sure she was Latina like myself. My girlfriend and I went in and ordered drinks, she not only gave attitude, but when my partner started ordering she cut her off and was rude because my girlfriend was not sure of the name of the drink she ordered. She made us feel rushed for one, and did not give anyone after us the same treatment. Not sure if we made he uncomfortable for being gay? I’m not sure what it was . But regardless it was horrible treatment, dirty looks and then didn’t even tell us when our order was ready. Let alone even ask one of us for our names .

She was very rude, and tbh I have never ever been looked at the way she looked at me with such a rude and dirty resting face.

Idk who hired this girl but If you’re smart you’ll RE hire and/or re train your people on proper customer service.

Great service with a very nice, cozy, and outdoor environments to enjoy your drink! It's also located in a very nice/useful shopping center where you are able to take care of most of your errands. The employees arrive and open the place 4:30 am and offer a very pleasant and professional level of customer service. There very friendly and helpful with anything you may need! There's plenty of parking available due to it being located inside a big shopping center, and it is handicap and wheelchair accessible to park and enter the store. They do have a public restroom, and do a good job of keeping the place clean. I recommend this specific Starbucks to anyone nearby looking for a great place to spend some time over some refreshments, coffee, or...

I usually use other location for my everyday early morning coffee, which is always quad shot, Grande americano but I missed my turn and decided to go to this location. When I ordered my drink the guy asked me just in small cup ? I repeated grande, and he says ok. After I received my drink it was half filled. I said why is half filled he answered this is quad shot americano I sad no is not and he said I'm sorry and grabbed my drink and started purring cold water from fountain and handed to me. It tasted horrible I insisted to make another one but it was not different from previous one so I trow it in garbage can and left .Just waste of...
