MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The guy making my pizza acted like he had an attitude. As I'm waiting I'm watching the guy working the pizza oven grab the pizzas with his BARE HANDS and put them in. Hes touching the device he uses to move the pizzas around, hes constantly touching his tshirt and his jeans. He's walking over touching the order tickets, boxes, plates, etc. I asked another guy why he wasn't wearing gloves at that area and was told they arent required to at that station, but he should be washing his hands. And I said and be cognizant of what he's touching. He went over to talk to him and he went straight to the sink to wash his hands and put gloves on. Then I started watching the guy cutting and boxing or plating the pizzas. He was using the same cutter on all of them... Cheese, pepperoni, a veggie, some specialty one. At the start I had asked to make sure they use one that was clean or not used on any pizza with meat because I have a pork allergy. When they put my pizza in the box I just said don't even cut it. #1) One mega-Pizza was very over cooked. #2 Every table was dirty with either food paper or plates. Hopefully, they had just finished a rush of people. When we arrived, we were first in line to have our order taken. The restaurant didn’t appear to be busy when we arrived. #3) There was an employee who was wearing purple shirt black face mask with a purple bandanna who walked in from outside the restaurant and went straight to the service area without washing his hands. Hopefully, when he was done cleaning the tables he washed his hands before going back to work in the service area. #4) The lady (the only female of the crew) who took our order was very attentive and engaged with us. My experience is a bit unique since I am vegan. But I love pizza and it can be tough finding a place that can accommodate my dietary choices. I previously ordered from the Pizza Press on Lankershim, but they were always out of ingredients and never updated their website, a few staff members were also not super welcoming or receptive to additional requests. So I would order 6 different veggies, to find out after opening the box, that there were only 3 added. I love ordering from MOD! Staff is very friendly, they make food fast, good amount of ingredients on my pizza, and one time it took me too long to pick up my food, they actually just re-did my pizza because it looked too soggy, I didn't even ask and I wouldn't since it...
