It's a good place to read a book or work on your writing, or just hang with friends. The croissant panini is awesome. They have cushions for the chair but you'll need to find where those are. Usually all stacked up on another unused chair. They charge for credit card if it's under 6 bucks The atmosphere is serene. Lots of people walking or jogging in the park. I loved this place for a year and very disappointed by the owner today. We were not happy about the coffee and told her. We did not yell, and delivered our message politely. And her reaction was that she wanted to fight with the customer. "I ran this place for 20 years. I cannot understand." If you ran this place for 20 years, please look back yourself. All staffs are amazing. You are the only one who needs the customer service training. First, you listen to your customers.

1년간 정말 좋아했던 장소인데 불쾌한 기분을 느끼기는 처음이네요. 그것도 중년 여사장님 때문에요. 항상 잘 마시는 두유 라떼가 이상해서 말씀드렸습니다. 인상 찌푸리거나 소리 지른 것도 아니고 정중하게 이상한 냄새가 난다고 말씀드렸습니다. 저희가 기대한건 "그러셨냐, 다시 만들어드리겠다" 하시는 거고 그래도 이상하면 어쩔수 없는 겁니다. 사장님은 두유를 꺼내서 맛을 보시더니 이상이 없다고, 이해가 안된다며 대뜸 고객과 싸우려고 하시더군요. 그다음엔 저희가 하는 말도 귀기울이지 않고, 돈 환불 받길 원하냐시길래 그렇다 하고 돈 받고 왔습니다. 환불 받고도 불쾌하기는 난생 처음이네요. 다른 스태프들은 훌륭합니다. 사장님이 스탭들에게 교육을 좀 받으셔야 할 것 같습니다.

어차피 PLB에 카페 여기밖에 없는 것 압니다. 별점과 관계없이 외국인도 한국인도 어차피 여기로 올거고요. 경쟁이 없으니 고객을 존중해야 한다는 생각을 까맣게 잊어버리신 건 아닌지, 진지하게...
