Read moreI visited today on 08/19/2025 from 3-4PM. The food was good but i’m beyond disappointed at the employees that they allow to work in this establishment. We had the displeasure of having the bigger built guy with the black mullet and no eyebrows as our server (after looking at my receipt I see that his name was MARCOS G.) anyways, he was very rude for no reason. Me and my friend were really polite saying please and thank you every time he came around but he had the nastiest attitude. I can understand if it’s really busy and he was stressed. However it’s a random tuesday afternoon and the restaurant wasn’t jam packed with people. He kept being rude and dismissive even walking away before we had a chance to finish talking and tell him what we needed. Very unprofessional and seemed like he wanted us there as soon as possible. We also asked him for a bread refill and when we asked him again after time had passed and he didn’t come back with it, he snapped and said something along the lines of “i’m getting to that.” in the NASTIEST attitude. MIND YOU WE COULDN’T HAVE BEEN MORE POLITE WHEN ASKING!! I knew it wasn’t all in my head cause my friend was the first one to mention how rude he was being. I felt like he was bothered by any little request we were asking him for. (refill, to go box,etc..) meanwhile he’s getting PAID to do this and we have been nothing but polite and patient. My final straw was when we were walking out and he passed us. We said “thank you!” since we were still being polite regardless of the way he treated us. He had the audacity to ignore us, make a face, and shake his head. I’m not sure if he had a bad day but it’s not okay to take it out on customers who have been nothing but kind and respectful. This is the first time in all my years of living that I had to complain to a manager cause I was just so upset. Thankfully the man who was the manager was downstairs at the sign in counter area next to this girl with black hair and he was beyond kind and understanding and actually had the human decency to apologize to us. I understand it’s not his fault and for that I am understanding and Thankful. I’m not trying to get anything for free out of this as I already ate, paid, and went on about my day. I love the cheesecake factory but that employee was NOT it. Do better. There are several therapists here in LA that you can talk to if you’re having a bad day instead of taking your frustration out...
Read moreZERO STARS!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU ARE A BLACK PERSON BECAUSE YOU MAY BE ACCUSED OF STEALING YOUR OWN TO-GO ORDER LIKE I WAS. I placed a customer pick up order through the doordash app and when I arrived at the restaurant I proceeded to the designated area for doordash order pick up. They have a bell to ring for service and the gentleman in line before me rang for service. I was greeted by a worker by the name of Robert whom I gave my order name to and he told me he would go check for my order. When he came back with my order I asked If I could have utensils and he stated there should be utensils in the bag already and he walked back into the kitchen area. I opened my bag and just as I thought, there were no utensils inside. So I stood right at kitchen entrance area and looked to see if I could see Robert but i didnt so i walked back towards the bakery area to try to obtain utensils when I was rudely stopped by Miriam who appeared to be some sort of kitchen staff. She accused me of stealing the bag of food I had in my hand. I told her I was in the doordash pick up line and was given my order by one of the employees here. She said, "that's not true. I saw you take that bag from the shelf in the kitchen." In the commotion of arguing back and forth with Miriam, Robert resurfaced and I told her instead of accusing me of stealing, you could have asked me if I took the bag off the shelf or you can even ask the person I'm telling you gave me the bag. Robert explained to her he gave me my order and she never apologized or showed any type of remorse for her false allegation. I spoke with the manager Ronny and I explained to him what happened and he only justified Miriam's actions by saying doordash delivery drivers come into the restaurant and take the orders without checking in. My response to that is the restaurant should place to-go orders in a more secured/monitored location if food theft is a constant problem. I will NEVER patronize this location ever again after this experience. I was given cheesecake factory corporate office phone number by my request but no one answers the phone in their guest services office. I left a voice message and unfortunately I have to wait for a call back at their leisure regarding this...
