A shout out to my local Chinese fast food place! Daily China Express is a treasure in the middle of Los Feliz. There are very few places in the area where you can get a meal this filling, with this much protein, for the price they offer.

The staff is always very friendly. The food is always fresh. And they believe in the philosophy of extra generous serving sizes. The whole meal and a drink with a 20% tip is under $15 and is my go-to whenever I need something filling and fast.

I always get the bbq pork. I usually get the teriyaki chicken. They crisp the outsides of all their meats for extra flavor. They also have fantastic fried chicken, orange chicken, and beef and broccoli. I'm always very tempted to try their wonton soups, and I hear other people ordering it often. I really should give it a try someday.

Just had a great time at Daily China Express, and here's the deal:

Barbecue Pork (4/5): The pork here is amazing. It's tender, tasty, and the sauce is just right. If you like pork, this is a solid choice.

Teriyaki (4/5): The teriyaki was better than I expected. Sweet and savory, the meat was really good. It's a satisfying teriyaki dish.

Chow Mein (4/5): The chow mein is a winner. Noodles were just how I like them, and the veggies added a nice crunch. It's a classic done right.

This place is very disgusting very low-quality and the workers especially the woman that has been working there for five decades has a really bad attitude. There's been several times that I've came back to get food for work and in some occasions found hairs in my food but that dosent stop her from giving nasty look and attitude. Today I ordered food for my foworkers and I ordered orange chicken and it's stale and hard. It's was really Nasty!! I'm surprised the health department has it shut them down...
