I live across the street from this del taco. Tonight at 3:00 am I could hear alot of loud noise coming from the area so I walked there to investigate. I found a pickup truck with 4 men in the bed that was in the drive-thru at the window and one of the men was exposing himself to the car behind them and the shift manager wasn't doing anything, just observing. I informed the men in the truck bed that what they were doing was a crime and the police would be notified. The men acted belligerently towards me and were eventually actually served their food. I asked the shift supervisor for a pen and paper, wrote down the license plate, color, make and model of the vehicle. I went home for my phone to document this info to make a police report. I asked the supervisor why they did not refuse service to these patrons. I was given a plethera of excuses from "they had already placed their order" to "they already payed for their food." Also the shift supervisor told me that del taco corporation does not allow the franchises to refuse service to anybody. EVEN PEOPLE COMMITTING A SEX CRIME IN THE DRIVE THRU. I told the shift supervisor that in future they should give the money back to the customer and send them away. I will be speaking with the supervisor of the man I spoke with tonight tomorrow. Read moreCLAUDIA the manager in charge won't help customers. Very poor customer service skills. Obviously a "clock watcher" that can't or won't fulfill a mobile order. I went through the drive thru and even though I had a mobile order receipt, she insisted it did not come through her system. She told me to go through the drive thru again which I complied. She still didn't have it. I told her I will cancel the order and oder the old fashioned way. Unfortunately after I departed, I was charged $8.77 for a mobile order never received. I called her personally when I got home to ask her kindly to reverse the charged and she told me she could not that I need to go on the application to do this. That is impossible as it doesn't work. I asked if I could talk to the franchise owner, she refused. I asked if he could call me instead. Refused again. Is this the way you treat a loyal customer by this stance?? You lost me as a customer FOREVER as I won't do business with companies that treat me unfairly. Even though I like the food I would rather eat at places that value my business. Read moreI am extremely disappointed with this location and I will never go back. It was terrible from beginning to end. You know you're in for it when a simple order suddenly becomes as daunting as rocket science on the other side - when you order the Grilled Chicken Taco (soft shell) you can have the shell changed to crunchy and the person taking your order repeatedly asks you if you want the Crunchy Chicken Taco and Add the sour cream which is an extra charge. I don't need to come to a drive through and educate the attendee on how the Grilled Chicken Taco already comes with sour cream. There is a difference in the price and is quite noticeable if you're ordering a large order. Yeesh. I've never had this issue. And, as I mentioned, from beginning to end. When I get home, an entire portion of my order I paid for wasn't even in the bag. Nice. Oh, and they didn't give me a receipt. Double nice.
