Ordered online for pickup. I arrived at the store and was ignored for a couple of minutes. They pretended to “look for the order” then the person at the front (Mark)told me a worker gave my order to the wrong person. He said “we can make it for you again and it will take 15-20 min.”
I ask to cancel it, but because I was with both my boys (2 & 5) I asked to speak to a manager and Mark replies “the would be me”, in a very condescending way.
I ask “what can you do to remedy it for the mistake and all the time wasted?”, trying to see if it’s at least worth waiting another 20 min on top of the already 30+min.
“I told you, you can wait another 15 min and we can remake it” he answers again very condescendingly.
When he cancels the order he gave me a receipt literally ripped in half. At that point I was very upset because of his demeanor, and I asked to reprint it. “Sorry but once it’s voided we cannot reprint it. You can get the information you need from your email confirmation”. Wtf am I supposed to do if they ask for information on the receipt when there’s nothing on it!?
I asked him for the corporate number and once again, very condescendingly “800-Dominos”. He’s attitude finally changed when I asked for the store number (#7966) and his name (Mark).
9/10 times an order is messed up is because people are fooling around. And you can’t blame the staff. With management like Mark’s, you can’t expect...

I called my order in like I always do, and had an option to order in Spanish, like I always order, and speak to someone thinking someone on the other line would answer in Spanish to make it easier for me to place my order. The girl that picked up the phone was so rude. Read moreI ordered a large Hawaiian pizza that was dilivered all broken up as if someone had taken a piece. The worst thing was it wasn't even a Hawaiian pizza; it was the worst dried pepperoni pizza, there was no cheese, no ham, no pineapple. It basically only had pepperoni and anchovies on it. Being so hungry we still ate it. Even the pacific veggie pizza and the brownie was something that wasn't par to dominos standards which I thought was reputable. I called the store as a courtesy to let them know of the mistake but the store manager at the time can only offer me credit for next time.
