Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I try to write reviews based off a mixture of realistic expectations and how good a job their doing. The positive is they were running a very good deal. 7.99 for a three topping pizza. That's good. One of my toppings was fresh garlic. They came back to tell me that they were out of garlic, would I like something else. I asked for fresh tomatoes. Generally, when one orders "fresh tomatoes", it is just that - fresh tomatoes, sliced and put on the pizza. What I received was CANNED tomatoes semi cut up and thrown over. That is NOT the same thing. It's not the same flavor... it's not the same texture... and frankly... it was kind of gross and looked gnarly (not in a good way). While I believe they should have been properly stocked to begin with... I'm willing to let the garlic go... people run out of things... But really? If you didn't have fresh tomato, you should have said that! I would have picked something else! Don't tell me you do and insult my intelligence by thinking I won't know the difference between a canned stewed tomato and a fresh tomato.

Additionally... our pizzas were sitting out before other employees asked what we ordered and if we paid... I would like to think they would keep track of such things. It was weird.

Normally, I get good pizza from here. It's why we moved back over from Papa John's... However, tonight I was delivered the WORST pizza I've ever had IN MY LIFE!! I ordered the Brooklyn Crust with pepperoni and mushrooms and onions. I like the Brooklyn crust because it's a lot like real NY pizza that you pick up, fold, and eat like a sandwich...

First of all, there was at least TWICE or THREE TIMES the amount of sauce then there should have been!! I had to eat the whole pizza with a knife and fork out of the box because the bottom crust was so soggy it had completely disintegrated and everything was stuck to the box. It was as if they had simply poured the sauce and cheese into the box and cooked it in the box. And, btw, they BURNED it. The cheese was dark brown and the crust that did survive the drowning in sauce, was black. How do you let product like that even leave your restaurant??? I would be ashamed. I have to laugh thinking about that, now ridiculous, app that said "Eva was doing a quality check"... Is Eva blind? Or do you all just not care what you're sending out of your restaurant? I don't think...

Should be able to do zero stars, awful customer service! The guy must be on drugs or paranoid but if I’m a man, your height and muscles, I wouldn’t be asking a 5 feet fit female outside the door if she ordered before opening the door at 11pm. You obviously can see I was alone, rude as can be, then there ask to add a tip when I pay, no of course I won’t tip, for what? Your rudeness? That’s what’s wrong in this country, tips are expected even when the service sucks, well no, where I come from you only get a tip if you earn it with good customer service. Last time I ever buy dominos, Jeez know that for any business out there, there are 100 more in a 10 mile radius which will treat you better. Quality, service and respect keeps customers coming back.
