I have had ongoing problems with this Domino's location, but since it's close, I continue, out of convenience, to order, especially since they introduced the "curbside" option.
However, once I placed a curbside order and actually watched them give my order to someone else. Why do you ask for the make, model and color of the car, and then ignore that information? Not only did I put in the make, model and color of my vehicle, I also put the license plate number (which is personalized), and they still gave it away. After waiting and finally going inside, I was told, "Someone took your order." I quickly corrected the idiotic worker who said that telling him, "No, no one took my order, you gave my order away!"
I ordered again today and the worker who brought my order to the car forget the salad I ordered, so I had to send him back to get it. But when I got home, I was disappointed again.
This is about the fifth time I've ordered this type of pizza, but this time the preparer, Alexandro, was extremely stingy with the ingredients!
Compared to my prior pizzas, there was hardly any of the 2 types of meat (Pepperoni and Premium Chicken) and none of the extra meat (Italian sausage) I ordered and paid for. There also didn't seem to be extra cheese as was specified on the order.
This was extremely disappointing, and I am requesting to receive some money back on my purchase! In addition, Alexandro, the preparer of my pizza, needs to be reprimanded and retrained on how to properly prepare a pizza and not be so stingy with the meat ingredients! Thank you.
This was my order: MEDIUM (12") THIN PIZZA Whole: No Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce, Extra Cheese, Alfredo Sauce, Pepperoni, Extra Italian Sausage, Premium Chicken, Diced Tomatoes, Black Olives, Mushrooms, Green...

Parking sucks, pizza was so so , I asked for extra cheese , I got less than regular cheese… pizza was over done.. not a fan of this location. I don’t get it, why are so many people in the kitchen with no gloves? I went back , but this time went inside of restaurant. I’m so grossed out!! Everyone sticking their fingers into the cheese , pepperoni, veggies with no gloves… I saw one cook wipe his sinuses and stick his hands back into the condiments… I saw one cook scratch his head and stuck his hands back into the condiments. I saw the cashier take Money then walked by the dough station and started dusting the yeast into a pile… 🤦🙆.. and let’s not mention how they are all just talking and laughing over the pizza’s. So much saliva in the air. They have truly lost their way. I won’t be back. I swear if that pizza was not cooked at s high temperature we all would have food poisoning.. that’s real talk… they...
Read moreThis store always has a reason not deliver my apartment. First it's too late, so I ordered earlier. Then they delayed my earlier order made in the middle of the day and didn't come until it was dark. Then they couldn't force their drivers to deliver to the door in a gated complex with cameras and security because 3pm was too late. Last week, they said they can't deliver but wouldn't say why or tell me where they were so I can pick up my order from them.
Today, I do contactless order so they can just drop it off at my door and go. Suddenly it's against Domino'a policy not to go into an apartment property. Then moments later it's because the area is dangerous. The store is in the exact same area. It's literally more dangerous to pick it up from the store.
They are a franchise, so reaching out to Domino's is useless and the owners and managers don't actually do anything, at all. I don't understand why they accept delivery orders for an addresses they refuse...
