Don Lencho — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Really bad service, waited nearly an hour for someone to come to our table and take our order, other staff were rude, nearly 2 hours later our plates came in. It was okay food but we wanted to leave. We had to get up and ask some random staff member for our check because nobody came to check in if everything was okay. The guy who took my card took his time to take the card to the person in charge of payment due to him stoping by a table just too chat with people. The seating area is outside, it’s cold. By the time we finally paid. We noticed that we got charged for a drink we never received. We had to go back and ask the lady handing out drinks and she got upset. Don’t add drinks to a check and not bother to give the customer that drink. First time going. Last time going Bad...

I was invited to eat at this place. They offer a good variety of Salvadoran delicacies, including pupusas, plátanos fritos, chicken soup and they're well known for their fried fish dish. The service is okay and prompt. However, hygiene is definitely not their forte. It feels like walking into a South of the border joint with plastic tables, beat up furniture and houseflies galore. Yikes, please bring your fly swatter unless you don't mind musca domesticas all over your food! It's befuddling how the Department of Public Health allows a food establishment to operate in these conditions. I believe some regular deep cleaning, and a few fans would make a difference in this place. I wouldn't...

Food is ok but flies have to go...nasty..me & my friend saw the staff getting left over tortillas some one left there after eatting & then spray raid on food that was full of flies. & some most have gotten on the salt shaker that was next to it, i really think they deserve the lowest letter for that like a z maybe...just makes me sick thinking about wt must have been on my foid that i order before it was served, Also we notice they where buying food from a homeless that had gotten it from a food bank for the restaurant ewww never will i go back there😫 disgusting...plus most plates are $13.00 dollars not...
