Updated Review : Recently I've downgraded this place from 5 stars to 1. I'm very disappointed in how the new ownership has changed all the indrediants from the original menu items. I've been coming here for 30 years and the food was always great and the taste has never changed until the new owner took over. It's disappointing how the quality of the food has dropped tremendously. people I've spoken to neighbors who went there and all have mentioned the same complaints. Recently I've tried giving it another chance by ordering something simple like chilli cheese fries and I couldn't finish the small order. They now use cheap stale fries and the chilli was uneatable, very salty and cheap tasting with no flavor. I hope ownership actually reads this review and takes it serious and can revert back to what this neighborhood has always liked.Would be great if they could also hire back all of their old cooking staff, they knew what they were doing and everyone in the neighborhood...

I come to this place frequently. I usually go through the drive thru. But this particular day. I walked there because I live 2 blocks away. I stopped there to just get a side of fries and had to go inside the dining room area to order and I was just absolutely appalled at how dirty rhe dining room was! Omg! Cringe! And it was super hot in there. I mean suffocating hot. The people that work there are quite nice all the time but they need to work on deep cleaning that dining area. Simply old and dirty. Disgusting! The outside perimeter was dirty too. Things i never paid attention to when I'm in the drive thru all the past years. The fries is all I ordered and they were fresh. First time trying this place in LA, it has the same name as the one I know of in the AV wanted to try it out the food was good and the staff was very polite it was a good first experience. I ordered the club combo which was a little less than $10.

11/8/22 After a long negative day, I headed here to get a chicken burrito, got my order went home told the kids to cut it up and leave me a small piece, however when I got my portion of the burrito I realized it was not chicken, I called primo almost a hour after I left and let them know what happened they told me to come back bring what is left and they will fix it the staff was so polite when I explained it and they handled the order.
