When I first arrived at this location, I almost bought a chain from the store next door but told myself to go check everyone out before you purchase.. So I stumbled across this place, & realized the quality of the chains they had were far better in my opinion than all of the other places I had seen. Harry was the one to help me pick out my piece and one thing I love about this guy is that he is brutally honest. He will tell you if he doesn’t think it looks good, or if he thinks it does. Do not give your card and ID here. They lost our CC and Id and they don’t take responsibility for it. The manager yelled at me, because I demanded CC and ID THEY list! and their server, instead of looking for our card and ID, just stood by the bar and ate. Horrible!!! Just horrible! Fire your manager! He is disrespectful and unprofessional.! Btw it was Saturday, July 16,2022!!!...

We ordered an item here in December and it never showed up by February 1. When we went to get our refund on our deposit they said they couldn’t do a return on the card and gave us check. Very shady operation going on here be careful don’t place any deposits if they dont have what you want upfront.
