El Gallo Giro — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I placed an order on the official Gallo Giro website for this location to quickly pick up a large order of baked goods and it was a hassle to pickup in person. I had somewhere to be and didn't have the time to get 30 baked goods myself so I placed the order an hour in advance before arriving. For some reason their system only shows Uber Eats online orders. I had to wait for them to package the baked goods and then they tried to charge me for the order I already paid for online. I had to show the manager my literal bank statement that I was already charged. This is an issue management is aware of so why not end online orders altogether or tell the company this needs to be fixed? The staff were friendly at first but then started acting suspicious of me as if I were lying about paying despite me showing my receipt that was emailed to me as confirmation and bank statement. This was the old Boston Market location and this restaurant chain replaced them about 2 years ago. It has a simple interior with a cafeteria feel, where you order and then the kitchen prepares the order in full view. The woman who took my order helped me through the options and pointed me to the best deal, the carnitas pack with a pound of meat, rice, beans, tortillas, etc. for about $28.
