1.0 star rating 1/27/16 Absolutely disappointed, I went in last Monday to get a "Torta De Asada", and the 1st thing the cashier said was "I am sorry we don't have avocado today" so I asked, so is it cheaper?, she answered "no stays the same", I said you know is not fair, is the management's fault, the manager jumped in and said "actually is not, is this cheap company that never wants to invest in what's needed and pay low wages to their employees, I tough that was very unprofessional and I did not need to hear that, I worked in retail for 17 years and I know is not the best way to handle a situation, any how I end up getting a burrito because I was hungry and I took it to go, it was really terrible burrito with way too much salt on the meat, I tough maybe it was just me so I asked two of my friends to try it and they both agreed with me, I end up trowing the burrito in the trash and drove to OK. Chinese Food upset for the terrible service and quality of the food, I am completely disappointment over all in my visit, I DO NOT...

The customer service is terrible. The cooks give you an unwelcome look.

The food is decent.

I personally always try tacos de buche. When given the order, the buche is cooked and flavorful. Not as crispy as I personally would like it but the tortillas are nice and crispy.

My son got the nachos, not a generous order so I would suggest something else.

The burritos are packed pretty well and the asada was decently flavored. Although a heavy amount of beans and rice.

The salsas, this is where I get more picky. Watered down and well their red sauce although a welcoming non spicy flavored was watery. Imagine tacos with salsa for Salvadoran tamales, (not rhat their is anything wrong with that, I love those tamales) but for a taco you need more of the thickness so the sauce just doing slide off.

Overall I enjoyed the food and wouldn’t mind coming again...

Horrible!! Cashier who took my order was not able to communicate properly, he looked super sweaty and confused while I was placing my order. He provided me the wrong change(gave me more than needed) and I corrected him. He played with the money then gave me my change again(still incorrect). He then proceeded to start cooking the food I ordered and didn’t even bother washing his hands before grabbing 2/3 handful of fries and throwing them in the fryer. I kindly gave him advice and told him he shouldn’t do that and advised him to wash his hands as other people can get really bothered. He just continued to look at me with a smirk and not say anything. I ended up getting my money back and canceling my order(kindly). It wouldn’t had bothered me so much but the lack of communication and inconsideration to how he was handling the...

Came here with 20 minutes to go before closing and the place is closed. The lights are on, workers are there, but the door is locked. The worker just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders. No sorry, no explanation, no anything. Customers do not deserve to have their time wasted! This isn't the first time. So therefore they have lost my business. This is highly unprofessional hopefully the owner sees this and makes changes.

Ever since I had tacos here 8 years ago I’ve never had the same anywhere else and their salsa! So when we were going to visit LA just for 4 days this was priority! The Al pastor and Carne Asada were so good and the salsa with it was the best!! This is a must try local spot in LA to get good authentic tacos and have the true authentic experience and flavors. The lengua is also very good!

My boyfriend decided to try this taco place because I was craving for some tacos. He ordered himself Carnitas burrito and for I an el pastor taco and carne Asada fries. I wasn’t the best but he satisfied our hunger, especially after a long day at work. The el pastor in the taco was a bit mushy, the carne asada fries were just covered with cheese, and the burrito was a bit small.
