Sizzler — Restaurant in Los Angeles

My recent visit to Sizzler in Van Nuys was outstanding, largely due to the excellent service and delicious food. From the start, I was warmly greeted by Juridia A., who took my order with a smile and kindly recommended the salad bar. Her professional and welcoming demeanor instantly made me feel at home, and I truly appreciated it.

The excellent service continued with my server, Adriana, who consistently checked in on me to make sure everything was perfect. She refilled my drink proactively and always had a smile, making the experience feel genuinely pleasant. It’s refreshing to see such attentive service, especially in today’s fast-paced restaurant environment.

As for the food, I enjoyed the Sirloin Steak and Lemon Chicken, both cooked to perfection—juicy and flavorful. The salad bar was equally impressive, with fresh and vibrant selections that made it a pleasure to customize my own salad.

I highly recommend this Sizzler location for anyone seeking great food and top-notch service. It’s an experience that leaves you feeling valued...

Poor filth all around, chaotic parking lot, homeless all around the parking lot, poor, broken, crashed cars all over parking lot.

This was an awful selction of food: save the fairly good salad bar, there is chicken wings, taco's, spaghetti and some sides/sweets...nothing else that comes with the buffet price.

The flat chicken wings were a good high school quality taste , when I went to get more (after learning that was almost no other food to choose from), there were very thick chicken wings, these were high fat and under cooked. The spaghetti was heavy in some type of oil (didn't try it), the taco's was you make it yourself deal, with 4 things to add on to it.

You can purchase other foods (steak, fries, etc).

The place could use better management when it comes to clenliness, it was bordering dirty all around.

Today was my 46th birthday sizzlers is a nostalgic place that I enjoyed plenty in my childhood. I did read the reviews before deciding to take a chance and boy was I glad I did. It was my 2 son's and 2 daughters plus myself, we all got salad bars everything was fresh and re stocked immediately I got the steak bake potato unlimited shrimp cooked how I requested so did my son they did make a mistake and sent a bake potato with my sons order instead of the fries he requested but it was no biggie he got his fries and was able to keep the baked potato as well my daughter ordered cheese burger fries my other daughter got the chicken strips fries cooked just the way we ordered. our server was Elmer, he was a hoot and made the evening even more special I also got aserenade with a birthday song.
