Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I love going to this starbucks but one of the baristas always seems to be rude on how either I or my gf order. Everyone else there and the local starbucks are pretty cool. But the guy who often scoffs and smirks and throws things around when we order.y friends and I all decided to leave the starbucks if this guy is behind the counter. Advise everyone else to do so as well. He needs to go to public relations or customer service courses. He has been reported bot only by us, but by other customers as well. 7/26/22 1045am. Kimberly might have been having a bad day. She displayed no energy and just felt like she was rude. I ordered my drink which she got wrong and when asked to correct it she took my drink mixed it into another cup. I told her i don't like my coffee, creamer & salted foam mixed she poured it out & trew cup sway with an attitude! Made me feel unwelcomed & really made me lose my appetite. Terrible service. I went there yesterday and on google maps it says it’s closing at 8pm. I arrived at 4:30pm and the girl said she was closed when she was just on the counter on her phone. Then I asked if someone else is serving or she’s waiting for someone to take her shift and she said said no with her head looking at me like I was stupid… If you don’t like your job just change it and don’t do something where you need to speak to clients. What a negative life...
