El Taco Llama — Restaurant in Los Angeles

i know this place for almost 20 years and i only visit 2or 3 times a month for diner. no issues at all.but today I try to have lunch and I had a bad experience with the lady at the register. First she was taking money and helping the kitchen without washing hands. then there were no lids at all for the 2oz cups so I ask her if she can give me some and I even hand her the tray so she didn't have to exit the kitchen. I like my food very spicy and since the sauce bar was open for everybody and no sign that said that you only allow to take a certain amount I took the liberty to take 12 2oz cups only 3/4 full( and believe it or not that's how much spicy I put in my gordita).however when she saw that she star putting price to each sauce so I pay her but she didn't ring it up neither gave me a receipt for that sauce.i told her that why is the sauce bar outside and if she keeps track of every single person that goes near the sauce bar if that's the case then she is not really putting attention to the customers. i go to another Mexican restaurant with is 20 steps away from my home they don't have a open sauce bar and you have to pay for extra sauce. I also go to this place 1 time a month. so I guess I will go to the closest one...

I’ve been coming here for 8 years, guess it’s time to let everyone know they’ve got the Best burrito, muchas gracias taco llama van Nuys! You never fail me or my belly! Prices have definitely increased the last years but it is completely understandable, doesn’t stop me from my weekly burrito :) sometimes 2x a week!...
