I am writing to formally express my frustration with an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your store. I had been patiently waiting in line for the Prismatic Evolution Super Premium Edition collection—a highly anticipated product with only 15 units available. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by disruptive behavior that not only altered the established order but also resulted in me losing my chance to secure the item. While I was in line, I witnessed a couple blatantly cut ahead of those who had been waiting. The man was notably skinny, and the woman sported blue hair. Both of them aggressively claimed they were first, intimidating fellow customers and harassing them with irrelevant remarks throughout the wait. Their behavior completely disrupted the normal queuing process, and because of their actions, I found that my original position as the 7th person in line was compromised—I ended up as the 8th, which ultimately meant that the product sold out before I could purchase it. Adding insult to injury, when I approached your employee, Felix, to report the matter and seek assistance, his response was unprofessional and dismissive. Rather than addressing the issue or offering any support, his attitude further exacerbated an already frustrating situation. On a small note of positivity, a Twitch streamer in line kindly offered to feed me, reminding me that there are still considerate people out there even in the midst of chaos. However, this act of kindness does little to resolve the underlying problems that significantly affected my shopping experience. I respectfully request that you investigate this situation and take appropriate measures to ensure that orderly conduct is maintained in your store. It is essential that all customers are treated fairly, and that staff are adequately trained to handle instances of line cutting or intimidation. NO ONE IS EVEN MAKING A PURCHASE. and they didn’t warn about that at all. it was supposed to be a quick thing, you get your ticket and come back at release time. we have been here since 2, they were supposed to start at 3, but the regular line didn’t start moving til 4. and there are at least 20 ppl ahead of us, it’s 6 so we’re gonna like, barely be done by the time it’s time to line back up to redeem your preorder!! I was unsure because of the reviews but i decided to come anyway and asked the staff about the situation when i got there....To everyone complaining about tcg launches, you guys are not being fair to the staff!!! They told me they have ZERO say in what happens outside of their store because it becomes a safety issue and it makes sense to me, just be there earlier and you can get your cards or try later. At the end of the day you guys are trying to scalp and getting mad scalpers are beating you to it so leave the hardworking employees out of it maybe.
