Edit: Ross (or rose I hope I got her name right) the manager on duty was a great help and resolved the issue that was not an issue to begin with. So I’m updating this review to 3 stars instead of 1

So I ordered 3 multi material Milwaukee 1/8 drill bit and 3 concrete Milwaukee 1/8 drill bit in the locker. Then when I was home, I noticed I had 1 multi material and 5 concrete drill bit while was opening the items and putting it in my toolbox. Went back to the store to show them the packages (I left the drill bits that I opened in my tool box and 2 items that were a mistake were left unopened to exchange because it’s not the item I ordered) the customer service people were making it seem like I’m a liar “are you sure you didn’t change them?” To “we can check the cameras” or something to that line. I showed them the packages and receipt when all I was trying to say that there was just a mistake. Rosalba is the one who made it seem like I’m a liar and also that other girl Jacqui wanted me to go back home, get the drill bits in my toolbox so they can check. So my question was “ok I’ll go back home, since you guys are already implying I’m a liar, even if i bring the packages that are in my toolbox, it’s going to be the same ordeal. But hey, customer service, right? I would’ve been fine if it was a mistake I get it we’re all humans. In the end, they’re apparently out of stock of the multi material drill bit and only found one. The only pleasant part of buying a refrigerator from the Home Depot has been the young lady who helped me place the order in store. Other than that the entire delivery process has been a nightmare. I purchased the item on 11/24 expecting it to arrive before Thanksgiving, it’s now 12/7 and NO refrigerator. They attempted to deliver a refrigerator 11/27, that was a damaged unit. I was offered a $100 credit if I took the damaged item, I said absolutely not since I paid 1,300 for this refrigerator! This meant we could not host Thanksgiving in our new home. They rescheduled delivery for 12/7, the night of 12/6 I receive confirmation of delivery from 8-12 on 12/7. I plan to stay home all day waiting, I track it on the app watching the “stops” before my delivery, around 11:50 it disappears from the tracking app!! It cannot find my order. I call the 1-800-455 number on app they state the delivery company is closed and there’s a note that there will be no delivery today! WTH!! I asked why no one contacted me to update me at any time and no one knows when it will be delivered. I have not been able to move my family into our new home due to this refrigerator!! There is currently no refrigerator in the home and with two small children a refrigerator is absolutely needed. Overall this has been a terrible experience. I am currently waiting for a “manager” to call me to explain why there has been no delivery, why no one updated me, and where...

So I'm tryihg to check out at Home Depot today with a large visibly printed price on the item but the cashier couldn't enter it as it had no bar code. She called the Supervisor over. Wouldn't you think there would be an override where you could use a dummy misc barcode and enter the price? Not in this reality. The cashier was instructed to keep entering size dimensions until it matched their price. She had to resort to making decimal changes, e.g. 4.8 in x 12 feet, in many attempts to reach their printed price on the item. She wasn't about to undersell it for a $1 less as that was the closest she could get. But once it was over 45¢ more than the price shown I said I'd take it not wanting to give them one more minute of my time since they couldn't resolve their problem. I had to tell people behind me to change lanes and not wait. Meanwhile, they opened a new check out line since they could not override their system. It made me even more resolute on my conviction not to surrender myself to an "easier" and "better" life though technology, specifically a smart phone. It's only good when it works. When humans can't override technology it's time to wonder when the Apocalypse begins when technology bores of our servitude. Poor...
