This place was so good. I got the angel hair pasta with extra meat sauce and Italian sausage and it was all so good that it gave me tears of joy. Seriously the sausage was probably the best Italian sausage I've had in 20 years since I moved out of San Pedro and I can't get it from that deli that was down on 6th Street. The pasta was cooked perfectly which is really hard to get angel hair cooked right it's either totally smush or hard as a rock and it was so perfect and it was a really good portion it was enough for me to eat it twice and my daughter ate some too when I got it home. The only thing I wish I would have got more sauce on it because the sauce was so good and the pasta did soak it up so when I went to reheat it it didn't have enough so next time cuz yes I will be going back even though I don't live anywhere near there I live actually over 2 hours away but I'm going back cuz it was that good. And I'm just going to buy like a cup of sauce on the side because the sauce was bomb. I'm going to see if they sell their Italian sausage too because I would love to get a couple pounds of that and barbecue it and throw it in a nice roll now...

As soon as you walk in you get a sense that this is family neighborhood restaurant with their locals and regular customers. They have a pretty extensive menu with very reasonable prices. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. They provide free bread and omg the bread was delicious. It came out piping hot, soft, garlicky and just perfect. Normally I try to not fill myself with bread but this was too good to pass up. I actually ate more bread than I wanted to but just couldn’t stop. Ordered the linguine with clams, chicken Parmesan, shrimp scampi and lasagna. All around a terrific meal with good potions sizes.

Linguini with clams- they are super generous with the chopped clams and the white sauce which is more like a broth is very flavorful. Linguini was cooked perfectly.

Chicken Parmesan was moist and crispy and the marinara was very flavorful.

Shrimp scampi- the sauce was very flavorful and more creamy than in an oily and came with good sized shrimp.

Lasagna was bubbling hot when placed on our table. Just looked my a homemade...

Hidden gem! Yes, I will be back.

Value! Fair price for generous food portions.

1st visit: Got some take-out, baked mostaccioli. It looked sooo good, decided to try eggplant parm and a little pasta with olive oil and garlic.

Phenomenal! Great flavor. The eggplant parm was light... a far cry from other places that drown it in sauce. No no, this was a healthier eggplant parm. Grilled I believe, and just a light sprinkling of cheese and tomatoes... not a bunch of sauce. I would describe it as Californized Italian.

The pizza bread was light and airy, nice garlic flavor.

Love the friendly and knowledgeable staff too.

2nd visit: Fresh pizza bread is garlic heaven. Roasted peppers are served cold, topped with anchovy. BBQ chicken pizza is on point, and the red onion adds a nice, brite aura. Linguine and clams were delicious (no shells). Caesar...

As a first time diner that came in for lunch I'd say it was a "homey" atmosphere. The waitress who was the only person working the tables on a weekday afternoon was really friendly and made people feel like family. Upon looking at their lunch menu I decided to order a chicken fettuccine with sundried tomatoes and basil. It took 20 minutes to get my lunch order and I got fresh baked bread in the meantime to munch on. I would've given it a 5 star but the food was a bit bland and needed some salt. Also it took a bit too long for a lunchtime selection as I had to get back to work.
