Fatburger & Buffalo's Express — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I just walked out of this place. Two days ago my husband picked up food from there, they forgot his chocolate shake and chili cheese fries. When he got home and realized he called and spoke to the manager, the guy told him to come in whenever he wants and tell them his name. Well, I just went in, I started by trying to explain what happened and I say “try” because right away the cashier interrupted me by shaking her hands in the air saying “i dont know anything about that!” I KNOW you don’t know anything, that’s why I’m trying to explain! So I ask for a manager and this woman comes out, I can already see she is on the defensive before I even start, kept interrupting me, wouldn’t let me explain, I kept asking for the GUY manager’s name who was working two days ago “I’m the manager, I’m in charge!” Was what she repeatedly said instead of answering with the other manager’s name. I kept trying to say the name, at this point, my husband is on speaker phone also trying to say the guys name. Finally she answered that his name was cuya. But at this point I felt like I didn’t want to be there, I wasn’t trying to get anything free, just the stuff we had paid for two days before plus add more stuff to the order. I appreciate and understand that these people are risking getting sick by working and they don’t get paid enough but don’t appreciate the fact that not once, they tried to display good customer service. Wearing a mask, you can’t see people’s faces, I walked in with a smile on my face, Obviously the cashier couldn’t see that, maybe she thought I was a difficult customer, maybe they get people trying to complain all the time but it’s the first time I walk into that fat burger and it will be my last. I just hope the actual manager, cuya or whoever he is, has a talk with the staff about treating people a little nicer and letting people speak before...

Really, I bought a burger, fries and a drink. They messed up my order and put unwanted ingredients. I did not want to wait for another one so i asked for a refund, keep in mind they did take my burger, fries and drink away and now they do not want to give me a refund at all.

After math, Lucy a supervisor threatened to call the police on me, all I asked her for in the end to resolve the issue was to have the order remade. She declined telling me that I was in contact with her corporate office. She kept on telling me that it was not there problem.

Lucy should not be in charge of an establishment like this, she is unfit to be a leader and has no good customer service qualities.

I ended up waiting in my car so that the police can come and one of the other coworkers came out and told me that he will make my order again. I ordered this at 4:50 and received my order again at 7:30 ish.

I can’t believe this happened, all i wanted was a refund and when i went to uber for my money back, they gave me $1.25 and the order was $21.81.

Whole staff was cool, I didn’t have a problem with them. Thank you for the guy with the glasses. He is the one who resolved the problem.

The customer service was poor. This was my first time here and I could not understand the cashier. I placed an order of wings "to go" along with a shake. The shake was given to me 15 minutes before the wings were ready. Ice cream dripping from the sides. I told them I wanted the shake with my meal when I leave with my "to go" order to eat "with" the meal. They put the milk shake in the freezer. When my order was ready the shake was soft. Ice cream dripping from the side of the cup. No one wiped it off and yet wanted me to pick it up. I requested another shake..."no more ice cream" to make the shake...hmmm. The two men behind the counter cooking the burgers and wings were super rude and dismissive. I refused the shake and requested a refund. The cashier and the young lady helping him could not figure out how to provide the difference of a few dollars. They had to ring up the order and then cancel it again. Customer service means ALOT. It was not a good experience. When I arrived home...no sauce to go with the chicken and no drink that went with the...
