When i walked in time was 9:25, 35 minutes before they close. One of the guys at the counter named Victor was at the register. No hi no nothing. I proceeded to tell him my order and he went and said we cant make the pizza and the reason was because they close at 10:00 PM and they are running out of dough. Um what do you mean you can not make my pizza because your running out of dough and that we close in 35 minutes. Baffled about his responce i asked to speak the the manger named Jose. And hebtotally gave me another reason saying that the coolers are not working. Is this a joke now? If you dont want to make me my order just tell me. This was 35 minutes before they are closeing which is totally unacceptable. I understand if i came in 15 minutes before you close but not 35 minites. I am in LOVE with garlic bread or CRAZYY 🍞 as they have it on their menu. It is the best 8 piece for $4. I went in and ordered around 6pm and thankfully they had some ready to go. It was nicely maintained in heat for customers to take. The staff was kind enough to assist me in a patient and friendly manner. I like that they added a pick up option for online orders. It is quick and efficient. I've used it before and it truly is simple to follow. They send you emails and text messages to remind you of when it's ready for pick up and step-by-step instructions for pick up. They used to have waiting chairs, this time I went they didn't. I'm hoping it's not due to the covid restrictions because I'm sure most people wouldn't appreciate waiting 10 to 20 minutes standing up waiting for their order. Other than that...

The cashier that was working on 1/27/24 at 4:15pm is trash. I believe her name is Gabriela. I ordered a pizza she did not have the decency to tell me they did not have the pizza HNR. I had to wait about 25 minutes for my pizza she could have told me they don’t have that EBM pizza and I would have ordered the regular one. Shouldn’t even have left her that tip on the screen. Also I had to go and ask for my pizza cause they didn’t even call my name. On top of that they didn’t even fill up my Crazy sauce tf is this. Didn’t notice till I got home. Don’t come here.
