Not trying to sound biased, but Iāve noticed a consistent issue thatās honestly just become frustrating. Every time I come in and the female staff are on shift, my order is either not taken correctly or Iām told my go-to drink ādoesnāt existā ā even though it's literally right there on the menu screen. I always ask for a mango guava tea, and itās met with confusion or dismissal.
Iāve tried to clarify my order, ask them to repeat it back, and still end up with the wrong drink. Itās gotten to the point where I feel like Iām not being heard or taken seriously. On the other hand, when the guys are working the register, things go smoothly and my drink is made correctly without all the back-and-forth.
This isnāt meant to offend anyone, but when youāre working in customer service ā especially taking orders ā itās important to be attentive and aware of the menu. I really hope management takes note and provides better training or oversight during these shifts. I love the drinks here, but the experience is starting to...

The whole reason people order pick up is to avoid the line and there was only one cashier and he was making people wait in a pick up line while he took several customers and then one person from the pick up line and then several more customers it was ridiculous! And there was no a/c inside. Give pick up orders their drinks first! We paid ahead and shouldnāt have timeline a long line and watch as our drinks we paid for are melting before our eyes!! Ā Ā Ā Read moreboba is good but the employee was kind of unhelpful. while my friend was putting her boba in my cup holder in the car the bottom suddenly gave and exploded passion fruit tea everywhere. we went back inside to explain that, and she didnāt even offer a napkin to help us clean it let alone pay for it. it was also humiliating because other customers were laughing at her. itās not my fault you guys have terrible cups that canāt withhold anything. will not be returning and i go here all the time for online pick up....
