THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! It’s such a shame this is the customer service we got. This is my hometown and italianos pizza 🍕 was the spot for me back in middle school when I attended Burbank, my family and I still to this day order the gigante for our parties, we came in today to have lunch my son there was a customer waiting for food, I waited for the cashier to finish helping her out. What really annoyed me was the fact that she was not efficient, she made me wait longer to finally take my order she also didn’t charge me for a side a potatoes that I asked. She told me they was a 10-15 wait time for new pizza slices and so I decided to wait since we drove from Pasadena just to eat here. I order the 2 slices she had so my 4 year old can eat while we wait for the other slices and the cashier not once asked me if it was for here she was so distracted she made us wait till I got up from the table and told her that is she could please give us the 2 slices she had and also the potatoes lol she looked at me confused and ask the question if it was for here, I told her yes that my son was getting a little anxious since he was hungry and if we can please have our order while we wait. I felt she was lazy wanted to make us wait for the whole order to come out together. I was so annoyed because she kept asking me if it was for here. I said yes so many times trying to make sure she understood the other 2 slices that we were waiting on could be also for here or maybe to go by this I was so annoyed that a simple order she made complicated and so I decided to eat fast and ask her to please have the other 2 slices to go such a bad experience for my son and I. I kept telling my son stories of this place now as a mother and moving back to my hometown of highland park it’s a shame this is the customer...

Great pizza near my home, and very nice customer service. Ordered some food in person and it didn't take that long to have my order ready and the pricing here is very reasonable, for anyone that wants to know they do accept, Cash, Debit and Credit Cards from Visa and MasterCard. So there are multiple ways to pay for your meal here. I'll be back soon! 6 months update, still a great place to get pizza from, though the cost of food continues to rise at many places like grocery stores and fast food restaurants. Italiano's Pizza continues to do their best to keep their pricing the same. I come here twice a month and my order always comes out good. The best deal for me is the X-Large 2 Topping Pizza with 6PC wings which also Include potato wedges for $27.99+ Tax even if it went up a dollar or 2 its still a great value. I come here mainly for their pizzas since some of their side dishes like wings and potatoes can be a hit or miss. The great thing is that you can still buy pizza by the slice and their thick mozzarella cheese is quite rich and tasty, even better than some other pizza joints which may use a blend of cheeses rather than pure mozzarella. Sadly, sizes and toppings available for single slices have gone down due to pandemic rising costs. The flan dessert is no longer the same moist recipe but pricier and smaller compared to other competitors like those from cafes and bakeries in the area. I still recommend coming here for a quick pizza fix when slices are fresh...
