The only reason they got 1 star is because it’s the only way to write a review. My experience was horrible... we came in the store 1 hour before closing... the security guard question our entrance and laughed at us cause we didn’t know that they were still open. We did our shopping looking at all their specials, we weren’t picking up much but we wanted the sales product. It says “mix and match must buy 4”.... we pick up 4 it’s said “2/$1.00 must buy 4 mix and match” so I pick 2 of each. Every item I picked said must buy multiples and so I just decided to check out. The cashier was so quiet like if she was force to be there... and she didn’t tell me that the 4 items weren’t the ones I should pick cause they weren’t the same so I said did the items came out on sale and she says I don’t know. At this point I was a little upset so I made her take them out then she rings the rest of my stuff and the 2/$1.00 didn’t add up so I ask and she says I don’t know... I paid and decided to check my receipt... sure enough my multiple items didn’t come on sale and I go back to complained.. she said I’ll help you in a min... she closes her register and goes home and tells me someone will help you... at this point I was ready to leave everything and get a refund. The lady that help me last had the face of someone who had had a long hard day because she was not happy to help me. She took forever to refund me the money and she wasn’t happy. I started walking away and turned back and they were talking about me and laughing. I am so done shopping here. I felt so out of place despite the fact that i was a loyal customer of this store. With Covid, stores have different protocols on bags. Some don't allow you to bring your own bag in, others provide bags for free, and some still have a charge for bags. Either is fine, but my concern is how the cashier handled a situation. First, she never asked if I needed any bags, although Superior has always been a store where you bag your own groceries. After ringing me up, I realized they didn't have any bags. I asked her for a bag and she insisted that it was 15 cents. I had just paid for $34 in groceries via debit card, and so I didn't have 15 cents. Rather than provide 1 bag, she insisted I use my debit card for a bag. I told her I could have paid for the bag when she rang me up the 1st time, and she didn't seem to get that. So I wouldn't cause others to have to wait, I paid the 15 cents via debit card, but what I wanted to do was make her void my whole order and ring it up again, this time including a bag, since Superior is so hard up for 15 cents. Ok, so I am here leaving a review, not for the store but for the carnicero. To the carnicero that looks like he should be on television for his looks. You should be playing a movie roll as an Avenger or even be doing photoshoots. I am sure you have a lot of attention because you are eye candy to most of us. I dont mean it in a disrespectful manner. I am complemeting your posture and physic or beauty. Yes, youre beautiful! You should be playing as a greek god or something on the silver screen. I am sure that the intelligence level is also high.

To Superior, you should be greatful for this beauty of a man. That will or is bringing more clientele. In the most positive way, this man does not belong there. He belongs in a higher position.
