Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I have children who love pizza period and we called in an order for the pizza calzones as seen on tv for $5 specials, my debit card was charged over $15 so I called and asked why when the tv commercials state $5 and they told me you have to bring up you want that special price?? Sounds like false advertising, wouldn't everyone want the deal price? And I spoke with the manager Antonio on phone, he was rude and laughing at me and stated" he doesn't worry about money" and that he wasnt the manager at time of purchase but that he couldn't help me because we did not state we wanted the "special price"!! Can you believe that and i brought up the tv commercials on air advertising the special price and yes i didn't know you had to state charge me the special price, I mean seriously who wouldn't want the deal price and he was saying we dont offer that pricing over phone orders and how he doesn't worry about money....umm ok so by me calling and questioning my charge im in the wrong and worried about money? I work in retail over 20 years and every customer wants the deal. Bad phone experience and the manager is not a good manager laughing at customers trying to figure out there...

Best customer service ever!!! The staff was smiling when I got there, from the driver that was getting ready to take an order out for delivery, to the gentleman taking the orders to the employee making the pizzas. They were super sweet and very professional! The staff was attentive and even anticipated my need for plates and napkins and asked if I needed some so that I could focus on enjoying the pizza and not worry about the clean up after. Other pizza hut locations do not provide plates or napkins and it's extremely frustrating especially if you are trying to eat on the road. This was a very nice feature they offered. Also, I was in and out of there in no time. It's hard to get great customer service anywhere now a days. However, this staff, was amazing! The experience got even even better when we tasted the pizzas and it was fantastic! Please acknowledge these staff member in a special way; they are representing your brand and your location in an impeccable way!!! Thank you to them for making our visit and our day...

I order from the same pizza hut about 2-3 a month, and my order is usually perfect, this time around how ever, when my order was delivered, It was missing my wings, after I told the driver he then realized he forgot the wings and told me he would be back in 10 mins, while waiting I check the rest of my food, pizza was fine, but the mini cinnabons I ordered were dry. They had no frosting what so ever. 20 mins passed so I call the pizza hut and asked about the wings and they told me, they forgot to make them, so they had to make them and the driver just left.
