Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

A MUST READ!!! The fries were really good, but the angus burger that looked so good in the picture, came out in real life as a cold tiny child size burger. 2 combos cost over $17. The WORST part was the discrimination against the disabled man that I was buying a meal for. He can barely walk and has a neurological disorder that causes him to constantly be off balance and appear to have a severe case of Parkinson's. He needed to use the restroom, but the lady at the register said no. When I asked her why, she said her manager upstairs told her to not let him use the restroom because he makes a mess. I couldn't believe my ears!! I told her I wanted her to get the man upstairs because I wanted to talk to him! When he came out he started to tell me why my friend could not use the restroom and I shut him down by telling him that we were not only paying customers but this man needs to use the restroom and he is disabled...... I wasn't finished but as soon as the manager heard the word disabled, he got his keys and went right over to the bathroom and opened it up. I'm sure everyone in the restaurant could hear me and I did not care because I purposely said my words loudly and firmly. This new friend of mine eats there often and I hope from now on they continue to allow him to use the restroom. And they can happily clean up the mess! It's their job!! And you can bet I will be checking back to make sure that they are doing their job and treating my new friend...

Very poor service. They sold me rewarmed chicken nuggets. Then when i asked that they make my order correct they started talking about me sniffs began duo speak about me in Spanish Duluth a very bad attitude. I give them fresh money and they wanted to give me rewarmed food, and with a horrible attitude.

I also, was getting my change out of my purse and i put some change on the counter, before I could count the change the manager started reaching into my Poole of change. i stopped him and actually had to tell him not to reach into my money that i would give him what i want him duo have and i was very capable of counting my own money. I think some people are just to anxious and rush too much. You don't reach into people's money for any reason. I will not be eating there and more.

The staff is so rude and impersonal especially the management.they deny patron with ebt and when they choose to select it rush you thru ordering as if you are a burden.they curse and tell you complain who cares and you realize no one cares because every day you receive the same service.its to the point I poke my head in at times so depending whose in duty I won’t go in it’s r ally kinda of crazy and u can tell the culture because other patrons have adapted to this type of system just staying quiet hoping to order. I ant even rate services denied to complain and not understand Spanish most managers speak this around other staff and they all burst into laughter making you feel like the object of a very humiliating joke just...
