Today at around 12:40pm on June 27, 2024 my family and I received horrible service from the cashier Sheila. We always come to this Jack In The Box because it’s the closest to our house. We never have had bad service at this place but once Sheila started being the main cashier, we have had so many issues. Prior to this experience, she would usually forget at least one item in our order, whether it be the two tacos or chicken strips or the chicken sandwich. Anyways, today we went through the drive thru and Sheila was giving us an okay experience. Very basic and when it came time to receive our order, my mom asks Sheila for an extra ranch because we only received two ranch for an order of 8 tacos, two sourdough jacks, 3piece chicken strips and a chicken sandwich. My mom kindly asks for another ranch and Sheila looks bothered by the question. Sheila then says, “I already gave you three.” My mom proceeds to show her that we only received two and then Sheila says that she said two. Sheila then tells us that we would need to pay so my mom asks to be charged for two more ranch but Sheila only charges us one. As she’s giving us the ONE ranch, it falls out of Sheila’s hand and she tries to give us the same one that just fell on the floor. My mom politely asks for a new one and Sheila ROLLS HER EYES at us. Then my mom says she ordered two ranch and Sheila once again rolls her eyes and charges us another one which is completely fine. Her attitude is what bothered us. There was only one other person behind us so it wasn’t like we were being a bother either. After this experience, we will be driving to the Jack In The Box on Woodman. I rather drive 10 minutes more than deal with Sheila...
Read moreTo be honest, I can’t say much about the rest of the staff, they were nice but also about what you’d typically expect from a fast food experience. But Marco? He completely changed my outlook.
From the moment I interacted with him, Marco was courteous, professional, and efficient, everything you hope for, but rarely get in a fast-food restaurant. Then I sat down with my meal… and I was shocked. The food was neatly prepared, delicious, and hot, it honestly made me forget I was even in a fast food restaurant for a moment. Major props to the cook! It was clear that whoever made the food didn’t just go through the motions, they put heart into it. So thank you for that.
What really stood out, though, was how Marco treated everyone. I overheard him help another guest who had a language barrier, and he showed them the same respect and professionalism he showed me. That kind of consistent kindness is rare, and it deserves recognition.
Marco is a great example of what good service should look like, not just for customers, but for fellow team members too. Jack in the Box is lucky to have him.
Thank you, Marco. You made a regular visit...

I was just served by a young lady named Jackie who went completely above and beyond expectation with customer service. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS JACK IN THE BOX TO ANY OTHER JACK IN THE BOX OUT THERE.
To the manager named Oscar:
You may be swayed to pass judgement here before walking in because of its location (I know I did) but within the first 20 second of walking in, the manager greeted me with a big "welcome! Let me know when you're ready!" While his other subordinates worked calmly behind him. This is clearly a manager who knows how to treat people. He has the respect of his crew and you can tell. I placed my very large order with him as quickly as possible and he punched it a in and even asked if he could offer me a small drink while I waited. This man's customer service was on point!!!!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS...
