The good: the service left nothing to be desired! Very kind, attentive staff. I only wished they had warned us about... The bad: the food. Overpriced and tasteless. Reuben was fine, but that is a really hard sandwich to mess up. Meat was quality one expects from Boar's Head, cheese was melted, bread a bit soggy but fine. The Southwestern Wrap was awful through and through--like, gas station or airport vending machine mush awful. And they were $14 a pop, no sides... Really worst bang for buck food experience I've had in a part of the city where one comes to expect such things. Menu is short, standard deli fare; nothing imaginative. I visited this place about a month ago and I couldn't believe how nice the employees were. So I had to come back to make sure it was real and let me tell you... I have never been in a place with such a nice service. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They provided my friend and me with an extension cord to connect our laptops... TWICE! They helped us with water, made suggestions to make my sandwich better, they have nice vegan options and the coffee is pretty good. Today it was a bit cold outside and they turned on the heater for us. I can't recommend this...
