Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Thought I would get me a tea from Starbucks and I’ve never felt this bad since I’ve been sick. The 2 black girls working seem as though they didn’t want to be there she throws my danish on the counter Before I could get to it didn’t call out my name so it just sat there. They discussed what was put in my drink and now my chest feels like I was hit in it. I’ve gotten this medicine ball tea several times and I’ve never felt like this. I hope instead of shutting them down get rid of workers who can handle change, difficulty or even coming to work. I didn’t bring my attitude to your establishment so please don’t take it out on my order. Not to mention my daughters pink...

Unfriendly baristas. Don’t even greet you, whoever is training these people really need to really dig deep because this customer service job is what it is all about. They don’t listen to what you want and don’t bother writing it all down. They are so focused on getting everyone out of there as quickly as possible. If customer service isn’t for you, then look for a different job that doesn’t require customer interaction. Even when I got my drink I said thank you, and they say nothing back just a blank stare. My daughter ordered a drink and she sat at the tables and waited while I went to the restroom and my wife went to medicine aisle. We both got back ten minutes after the order was placed and waited even more. I walked to the counter and saw the drink sitting there and asked how long it was there and they gave me this stupid look. One of the employees said (couple minutes). We were the only ones sitting and waiting for our drink. But none of the employees notified us. What a bunch of careless...
