Jamba — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I stopped by this Jamba juice store this morning to get a smoothie for my wife and I. I been to the plaza this store is in before so I already know the parking situation is not the best because it's very limited. My strategy is parking at the plaza across the street and walking to any stores in the plaza this Jamba juice is in.

I placed my order online and selected a pickup time. I got myself the medium strawberry surf rider and my wife wanted a small Caribbean Passion. I arrived earlier than my pickup time and saw the parking was already full so good thing I parked across the street. When I walked in, there was only one other customer inside but he was still looking at their menu.

A worker greeted me and I told her that I already placed my order online. She told me she was already working on the drink and that it will be ready soon. It took like another minute before my drink was out. I saw that my wife drink was the same size as mine so I think she just give me the medium size for the price of the small which is greatly appreciated. I like my drink and my wife enjoyed...

Ordered 2 bowls, one chunky strawberry and one vanilla blue sky. They were out of pineapple so they had to use a substitution for the vanilla blue sky. When we got our order, there were still chunks of fruit in the vanilla blue sky and globs of peanut butter in the chunky Strawberry. Besides the peanut butter globs, it was basically liquid and there was nothing else chunky about the chunky strawberry. All the fruit on top of the bowls were not ripe, the strawberries were bitter, the banana was hard and not ripe, and the blueberries looked old. They didn't even fill one of the bowls up fully, only packing about half of it. 10/10 would...

ordered an acai bowl but received something that tasted and looked nothing like a smoothie bowl. it was thick and creamy almost like an expired yogurt? it was labeled as a chunky strawberry acai bowl which was what i ordered but it was nothing like it. unfortunately i was already home and just dealt with it. i decided not to go back but maybe it’s because it’s a new location with maybe new employees?? idk but it was a pretty disgusting...
