11/20/2020 I have been coming to the Chatsworth location for years. Services has been great but there has some problems in the past but it all worked out. Today though was UNBELIEVABLE TO SAY THE LEAST. Placed an order for a giant # 7 online at 1:21. Order ticket said it would be ready by 1:48PM. Walked in the store at 1:30, I knew I was little early. The gal at the register said it would be up shortly. There were 2 customers who placed their order and they were working on it. Figured they would work on my order after they finished with the 2 customers as the gal at the register stayed earlier. BOY WAS I WRONG.!!!!!!! 3 other customers walked in, placed their order and left and they had not ever begin making my order. I questioned the gal at the register and Everett, I think the manager comes and says your ticket says 1:48 and we have to respect our customers. What am I, not a customer. By then I was so livid after waiting all this time and seeing them help customers walk in, place orders, and leave that I asked him to cancel my order and I walked out at 1:42PM. I should have just placed another order inside instead of this nonsense. You have lost my business no matter how much I like you subs. NOT A WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY SINCE YOUR SIUBS ARE OVERPRICED FOR WHAT YOU GET. I wish I could give you guys a zero!!! I better get my refund too! By the way, this is my first review ever. Not the way I would have liked to begin a review. Everett left me no choice. 11-30-20 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND AS PROMISED...
Read moreSandwiches are great! But, this Chatsworth store needs to get organized like their other locations. Called 10 minutes ahead around 10:50am, arrived and our sandwiches weren't even started. They should have been ready and waiting. Hence the 3 star rating. UPDATE 10/16/19: Went to this location again, this time as a walk-in. Long line of about 15 people. The staff was running around in circles, one hand not knowing what the other hand was doing. Two meat slicers sitting with nobody slicing meat/cheese. I waited at least 10 minutes and the line didn't move an inch. This store is so unorganized and obviously doesn't have a system in place to take an order, build sandwiches and serve the food. Other stores that I have been to have a system like an assembly line. Someone takes your order, the slicer slices the meat and puts in on the roll, another assembles the sandwich, cuts and wraps it and the cashier takes your money. Easy, simple as 1 2 3. i got tired of waiting and went next door to Cupid's and had a chili dog. Will think twice before going to this Jersey Mike's location again............I'll leave my rating at 3 stars for now but I considered lowering...
Read moreI have a lot of positive and negative comments about this Jersey Mike's location. Their sandwiches are delicious when they make them right but there is only a 25% chance that it will come out the way you asked if you order online. They come out great when you go in store and guide the worker on how to make your sandwich. This last experience with them was very frustrating because it happens too often that they mess up my delivery order and they are not able to re-deliver due to it being a third-party delivery on their app. Employee attempted to refund but could not because I paid with a gift card. She said she will call Customer Support and give me a call back when she is able to talk to someone and come up with a solution but could not do it right away because of lunch rush. So I am very disappointed and my husband is hangry and we still have no solution.
Update: never got a phone call back. I called today 3 hours ago and they said they were too busy to help me in that moment but would call me back later. We will see what happens. Still...
