I'm posting this above my last review for this location, which was a solid review. But after several trips recently, I feel the need to change my review. The issue is ordering via the app. If yr not there, standing in front of them, the sandwiches come out sloppily and not as requested via special instructions. And it happens often. I get that sometimes the store is busy, etc. But the price doesn't fluctuate with these factors. It sucks that you can't count on the same quality each time, especially when ordering online. I still believe in the location! But hoping someone might read this and bring it to the attention of the people working there. Please use the same care when making the sandwiches as you would if the customer was watching you. It's not enjoyable when you ask for something and it doesn't end up on the sandwich. Or you pay for extra meat and the last half inch has no meat because they don't take a moment to spread it out. Or you ask for extra oil and vinegar and you get none, or very little. It might seem picky, but spending almost twenty dollars for a sandwich you don't even want to eat sucks. 😀 I do appreciate everyone's hard work.

The girl didn't make my sandwich correctly but i had to leave with it since my lunch break was practically over since their service was so slow! I called to let them know and I was told that they need to investigate before they just hand me a free sandwich... basically calling me a liar... what is there to investigate about a sandwich?! I literally called while I was driving out of my parking spot!! I said no oil 3 times and the guy customer behind me needed to get her attention to stop dousing my sandwich with oil! Don't waste your time to go to this Jersey Mike's. Madeline is the manager and she wasn't even apologetic at all. Read moreI've patronized this location for years. The sandwiches are always good, and I always get great service. Today when I visited, I was followed in by three unmasked men. Two other customers raised complaints with a staff member, and when the manager confronted them about it he said he "wouldn't normally do this," and asked if these men had masks because a customer had complained. The unmasked men responded that they'd spoken with the complaining customer and that it wouldn't be a problem because he'd left. These men had not spoken to the man who made the complaint, and the manager didn't didn't attempt enforce the store's mask policy after this.
I never want to put food service workers in the position of enforcing policies on belligerent customers who may become hostile, but this situation was unsafe and uncomfortable. I won't be coming to this location anymore so long as they allow customers like this to endanger their workforce and other paying customers by not enforcing the barest covid...
