Kinda funny that I have been having Jesse’s Grind on my list for awhile but never managed to go yet until they finally opened their other cafe in Canoga Park. The entrance felt like a movie scene where you’re about to enter a classic castle IMO. The interior gave different kind of ambiance though. It’s probably not like common aesthetic theme which was mostly brought by recently opened ones, and more towards homey neighborhood cafe you stopped by for your daily morning caffeine intake.
Most of their drinks came in 12 and 16 oz options and the prices were decent enough for the size, with alternative milk being free of charge. Read moreSo glad they opened up another location! This spot is nestled right in Canoga Park on Sherman downtown. Very spacious coffee shop with a selection of comfortable seating and plenty of outlets for you students. Music isn’t obnoxious and the staff I’ve interacted with are very friendly and nonchalant. Read moreThe coffee is great. Just tried their fall specials. I enjoyed the pumpkin spice shaken espresso, it wasn't too sweet. The apple of my chai was good as well, not overly sweet. The cold brew is strong so worth a try. They have plenty of seating options from metal chairs to little sofa corners. Inside seating and outside seating is a covered patio. Atmosphere, I like all the plants but wish they would add more color. I'd love to see more artwork, maybe local artists...
