Fellow dog parents: Dog friendly establishment (at least my quiet chihuahua was allowed inside). This place is an authentic Korean restaurant located in a unique area away from Koreatown. I say, unique, because there are not many authentic Korean restaurants in this area. Inside, you'll find a cozy place with a high ceiling that makes the dine-in experience feel open. Ordering the food started with digital touchscreen menu. We ordered from the tablet. Some items were sold out... I need to try them next time. We had the clam kalgooksu noodle. The noodle soup was served in golden metal bowl, adding the authentic touch to the dish. We felt full in a good way. We did not feel thirsty later in the night, indicating to me that no MSG was used in the dish. The savory flavor must have been from the mushrooms. Kimchi tasted right, on the sour side (in a good way--kimchi is fermented food). If kimchi tastes good, that wins half of my heart. Kimchi is core to Korean food, so I can't take Korean restaurants seriously if Kimchi doesn't taste good. This place serves authentic, good tasting kimchi. I'm not Japanese, so I cannot speak to authenticity of Japanese food offered. However I can add that these are Japanese food the Koreans have incorporated in the Korean culture. In that sense, these are authentic, Koreanized(?) Japanese food. Service was nice. For bathroom, you will need to walk through the kitchen. It's a narrow pathway, just wide enough for one person. On one side, there are refridgerators along the wall. Kitchen table on the other side. When I walked through, they were cooking something, slicing veggies from whole, moving food boxes. I didn't see a microwave. Then again, I was not paying much attention because I was trying to avoid eye contact. Street parking. Luckily it's 1-hour parking as of October 10, 2025.

Just discovered this Korean restaurant in the Valley. The tofu soup combo with galbi is an amazing deal - the tofu is rich and flavorful, and the galbi is tender and delicious. The soy garlic chicken wings are also a must-try - crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. What really sets this place apart is the innovative touch-screen ordering system at every table, complete with pictures of the dishes. It's super convenient and helpful! The service is top-notch, too - our server was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this cozy spot for authentic Korean flavors at reasonable prices.

Great little find in our neighborhood chalked full of latin food and fast food. Korean owned so the Korean is great, and the Japanese options aren’t too shabby either. Pictured are the Pork Belly Katsu and Galbitang, both were delicious. Katsu sauce is unique and doesn’t overwhelm the meat. The tang (soup) of the Galbitang was rich with flavor, which shows that they let it simmer appropriately. Glaze for the Salmon in the Salmon bento box also very good. Little pricy as compared to restaurants down in Torrance but a lot more competition down there vs the Valley. Definitely coming back.
