This KFC is great. We were in West LA and stopped there for dinner. The place is cute, super clean and there is some seating outside which is kept clean and is quite comfortable. We were happy campers/ The service was so very nice. We had not been to a KFC in awhile so we had questions about the menu and the specials. The staff was very nice and helped us.
The prices are reasonable.
All of the food we had was very good. My grandson loves their mac and cheese. We had a chicken sandwich which was so fresh tasting and good. We also had biscuits, mashed potatoes and several pieces of their original chicken. It was hot and fresh. The drinks were good. Finally, we tried a crispy chicken sandwich and it was great.

The chicken was so juicy and the skin so crispy and flavorful! I was like okay ! KFC I see you . I don’t think I ever seen my mama this happy in my life ! This spot was pretty clean chill laid back the workers sweet and down to earth . No lie this really is soul food . Thank you KFC you really do make life good and I have been going to KFC / West LA for 30 years my whole life . Being a franchise store they don't have to follow corporate pricing, which means the $5 fill up will cost you a whopping $6 at this location, 20% more than TV advertises. The place is very messy and unclean as others have already posted. Trash everywhere on the floors indoor and out, walls with off color paint 'patches', the seats outdoors are mostly broken with one seat missing the bottom being covered by a trash bag. Attitude by the employees is poor. They aren't happy, don't smile and give you flippy answers. An extremely poor representation of this fine food chain. Corporate needs a shorter leash on these...
