Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This was Bar-none the worst experiance I have had at the Sylmar Ca Popeyes. They only took orders from a kiosk. Luckily, I had no issues, however at least 3 different customers left the restaurant because the kiosk was failing and the individual behind the counter said "I can't help you, there's nothing I can do. It is what it is that's life" so they left without dinner..I ordered an unsweetened ice tea on the kiosk. When they gave me my order and I asked for my ice tea, the same person said "I'm sorry we don't have that" I settled for a diet coke, however, there was no ice in the soft drink machine and again, the answer was "nothing I can do about that" I ordered dipping sauces on the kiosk. They were not in my bag. When I arrived home, they had forgotten to give us our both our sides of mash potatoes even after I had paid for them.., not to mention they Also had given us one wrong side order & On one of the Meals we had bought the chicken was cold. I have never been to a restraunt where everyone was disgusted and upset on the same night..Everyone who was there...The quality of this place has diminished so badly, I will never return...the worst purchasing and customer service I have ever experienced. Ifu like crispy chicken, then Popeyes is descent, but like most places, their food portions could be bigger for the regular price you pay, or their regular small portions should get a reduced price; the tenders could be meatier w/ less skin, fat, & batter, like a grilled tender instead, etc; like most places, the food portions get smaller, don't get bigger, & always go up in price; like KFC, the regular food portions, really should be for kids not adults, the regular adults should be much bigger; when yr paying high price, for small portions, & okay tasting food, makes you want to save yr $ & get the same in groceries, & yr own @ home; this isn't just an overnight problem, this has been going on with most fast-food chains, for most of my life, since the 1980s & earlier;...

I ordered my food was missing my wings my 2 pieces of chicken and my regular chicken sandwich was RAW internally and very chewy I went back kindly requested only my missing items and to remake my sandwich they declined because I didn’t bring my sandwich back I had put so many condiments on it already so I was embarrassed to bring it back and the manager didn’t believe me and refused to give me my missing items and remake my sandwich I am very upset and have been a customer for many years you’re lucky I kept my composure cause I was about to go gangsta on someone’s ass but was it worth it what would I have gained from it absolutely nothing so don’t worry corporate will...
