World Donuts — Restaurant in Los Angeles

COUNT YOUR CHANGE EVERYONE! This complaint is not about the money. It's about the principle. Count your change. They have good food and service, but they systematically try to cheat you out of change. Their young son tried it a few weeks ago, but I called him on it. Last week, the mother tried it as well. I warned her to stop cheating people out of change, but she gave me the 'what are you talking about' look. My nephew wanted donuts this morning, so I gave them one more chance... OMG! I was having pregnancy cravings for a very specific donut… raspberry jelly filled with powdered sugar and called several donut establishments trying to find one! I finally called World Donuts and the gentleman that answered told me he didn’t have them on the menu but they could make them for me the next day! I was afraid they would only make them if I ordered a ton but he said he could make me as many as I wanted! Oh boy! I ordered 6 and the next morning I was stuffing my pregnant face with deliciousness! I also picked up some mochi donuts on my way out and they were awesome! Highly recommended for...

I rate this place 10 stars!! It was a rainy cold eve and prior to stopping by this place I had gone to 2 different shops which were sold out of donuts... I called prior to arrival to ensure inventory.. I was greeted and recognized by a sweet lady who I spoke to on the phone who assured me that they had donuts and freshly made.. I rushed to get some and WOW, excellent customer service with delicious freshly made warm donuts.. This has become my new favorite...
