Whoever it hired as young lady by the name of Tanya that need to retrain her in customer service. She needs to understand that it's how you say things and your body language that reflects the message. I was repeatedly asked to wait outside for my order when it is 97° and they don't have the decency to at least have some kind of shade so customers can wait outside. I told him I completely understand the situation however a sign outside clearly indicated that three people were allowed to be in the lobby. At this moment it was just my daughter and I therefore I didn't see a problem with us waiting inside especially when according to the sign there was no policy saying that we had to wait outside. Not only were we asked to go outside this young lady offered me a refund without me even asking for one and then proceeded to tell me that if I didn't want to wait I could have ordered online. I'm not sure if she just got hired or promoted but it seems like she was on a major power trip. Maybe she doesn't understand a customer service It's a big reflection on how successful a business will be because as of right now despite the fact that it may be the closest Little Caesars there's no way that I will come back...
Read moreTerrible customer service I called on 06/15/23 around 8pm and a man by the name of Alberto answered and took my order and told me my total would be $22.41 and that it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. I got there in 20 minutes and when I went to pick it up the girl at the counter said she couldn’t find my order then some other lady took over and I gave her the number of the store that I called just to make sure I called the right one and I did. Once I told her it was a guy that took my order she said it was Alberto and she asked him about it just to tell me that he didn’t put my order in and if I wanted to wait another 10 minutes. Read moreFirst i want to say the girl who did my order and getting pizza out of the oven and boxed did a great job. Now why they get a 2. Ordered 1 emb , 3 meat no bacon ground beef, pepperoni and sausage 2 puffs which are delicious. After 20 minutes and after I paid they say no ground beef, I say okay pepperoni and sausage ok. The girl then say it would be the same price for 2 not 3 that I insist on a regular pizza then the lady says I'll give you free hot wings for the inconvenience and I said ok. But when I got home to my family it was only a emb and regular pizza plus the puffs and wings. The crust changed which makes the pizza no better than frozen supermarket pizza for a 30.00 price tag.
