Burger King — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I ordered here yesterday, Nov 21st, from the app and in person. So I made 2 orders.When I got there was a woman stating she has been waiting for 20 mins for her order. There were 2 people ahead of me in line and it took me 10 mins to FINALLY have my order taken. I mentioned my app order stating that the app is showing that its ready. That app order wasn't given to until 5 mins AFTER I already waited in line for 10 mins. I finally got my second order 15 mins after placing it. Isn't this FAST FOOD for a reason? To make matters worse, I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and I kindly asked if I could have 1 ranch dressing for each sandwich. The lady that was running around was stern and told me it would cost me $0.25 for each. I asked her if I could have them to compensate for the excessive time I had to wait and she refused and only gave me one and just threw it in the round about door. To make matters worse MY CHICKEN SANDWICH LOOKED VERY OLD AND NOT APPETIZING ONE BIT...

Where to begin. Going through the drive throu we placed an order the drive thru person repeated it back not once but twice. So when we get home we see it is wrong. So i called the number on my receipt the lady that answers says this is not burger king you called a home phone in El Salvador. So the number on the receipt is one not in california 2 not even in the united states. So then i google the location to see if the correct number is on google, what do i get... A message saying the number is no longer in service. So this burger king can't get orders right and cant provide a proper phone number. I work at a restaurant and we are trained to check the food to make sure it is correct and going to the right people. I truly do not understand why it is so hard for people to pay attention and why managers cant make sure their employees are...

Worse experience I have ever received, not only they take long to prepare my food, but worse treatment was when I went yesterday with my family to eat and I needed to go to the restroom and I nicely asked if they can open the door CLAUDIA a worker rudely said " you have to put a coin" and I said I am eating here and she scream saying again "you have to put a coin " I just went back to my table to grab my purse and grab a coin when this customer walked towards me and gaved me a burger king coin that another employee gave her to give it to me .its not about the money because it's Just a coin but the way CLAUDIA respond back to me and seen me pregnant.
