Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Walked in and it took the guy at the register five minutes to acknowledge me and to then shout to the back about how customers were there. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra sauce. I was the first person there basically. I was told it would be a ten minute wait. Half an hour later I ask for my order, and from what I can tell of their conversations they never even made it, so I go back to where I was waiting. Not even 20 seconds later, someone from the back says they found it. I get a pizza that had been sitting on the counter for 10 minutes, but I wasn’t wanting to deal with it anymore and left with my pizza.

I get home and find out that when they couldn’t find my order, they grabbed whatever pizza they had laying around and threw my ticket on it just to get me out the door. No extra sauce, parts actually had no sauce at all. I would have come back to make them redo it if it weren’t a 20 minute walk each way when I’m already hungry. They were rude to me and to other customers. It took forever just to get my order in. Some lady behind me kept getting cut off by the staff when she placed her order and finally flipped out on them. Nobody here seems trained or seems to know what they’re doing at all. It was so unorganized. I would not have a problem with a long wait if they were polite and explained the situation to me. I get it. But this was ridiculous. None of them knew what they were doing, and to just grab a pizza and send me out with it knowing it was the wrong order is just horrible service. Never coming...

Had a chance to use the Little Caesars app. Although I saw the pizza locker at another Little Caesars location this one was closer to my house. I used the app at my house to select the cheese pizza I wanted, selected pick up, and it was easy to do. The app gave me the code and it said it would say my name on the screen and which locker door it would be in, I was also emailed confirmation of the pizza. Nice job Little Caesars well done from the technical side of being able to order. While it's easy for me to use the app and all, the parking to get to the pizza isn't so easy. This lot is small and it is recommended you bring someone with you because you may wait longer for a spot than the time it would take to make the pizza. Employees are very rude & unprofessional! 0% recommend this Little Caesars Pizza! I called nicely to see if I can get another pizza because it was raw and not enough toppings. Then the employee that took my order Micaela answered very rudely! So i told her I wanted my pizza cooked not raw and that the Hawaii pizza does not have enough toppings and she said “ you didn’t tell me you wanted your pizza cooked & we don’t have enough toppings for that pizza” so I said well do you sell your pizzas raw or cooked?!
