Cost is great (I got full arms wax) and I don't mind a place that is no-frills, but I the service and quality of wax were not good. The woman was nice, on the slower side, which I wouldn't mind if she actually did a thorough job, but I got home later to find a lot of patches that she missed. In the session, she was constantly looking at my arms, I'm guessing to see where there was "enough" or darker hair; it should be just the full arm, even if the hair is very fine so I didn't appreciate her doing that. She got a few drops of wax on my trousers and attempted for a few seconds to get it off but was completely unapologetic and unbothered.

After paying and speaking with another staff member (as mine didn't know much English) about getting wax off both my skin and clothes, my person insisted that I write "yes" on their sign in sheet which has a column on whether the customer liked it or not. I was incredibly annoying b/c I was trying to leave after being there for almost 40 minutes and of course I felt pressured to write yes b/c she was insisting but the truth is no.

And the wax-- terrible quality. I washed my arms a few times and tried body oil, which got a lot of it off, but there was stickiness most of the day.

Perhaps the other staff members are better. If you're nearby/in a bind this place is OK especially for the price, but keep your expectations low.

EDIT: After 1 week, dropping it from 2 stars to 1 star. The wax did not wash out of my clothes and left stains, and there were marks left on my arms, which has never happened in the 20+ years of waxing. Would not...

The massage was a joke. She even asked me if she had to leave the room while I get changed. Uhm, yes. Room was freezing and the massage was her mainly running her hands up and down my back but had nothing to do with a massage.

Mani pedi mediocre at best. Pedi does not even include callus removal or any form of calf massage whatsoever. Never experienced something this bare bones and the end result is something I could’ve done at home.

Eyebrow threading was ok I guess.

When you pay by card they charge you sales tax. I pointed out that this was illegal and only applicable to goods, not services. They didn’t care and still charged the 9.Something percent. Hello better business bureau.

I would never go here again. The whole place is cluttered and they have music blasting and a person in the front selling insurance products. Relaxing spa?...

I came here because it's so close to my place and it offers so many services. My haircut took less than 20 minutes. I'm not sure if the young lady that cut it just winged it. I asked if they do nail extensions, but the young lady didn't understand and said "gel, yes". So I got a gel mani. I don't mean to be negative, but the nails were terrible. The young lady didn't seem to be too experienced, when i asked her to fix it she kept nipping the excess gel off, cutting my cuticles until she cut me, so i told her to leave it, it's ok. I feel like i should not have been charged for this but i felt bad for her. The lash lift I'm not too sure about it's my first time getting one so i don't know if it was done right.
