LUNA GRILL !!!!! It’s so sad how 1 person can change your whole mindset about a restaurant!!!! let’s talk about my experience today at Luna Grill in Sherman Oaks. I ordered my food online and I forgot to add chilled chicken to my order. I never order online always over the phone, so yes, it was an honest mistake. I call the restaurant just to let them know what mistake I did if I can just add the chicken to my order and I will pay for it once I arrive. The manager yes you read correct the manager name, Juan very rude and disrespectful to customers over the phone. I explained to him my honest mistake, and I don’t mind paying for the difference Once I go pick up my order, he puts me on hold and tells me he has too many orders to help me at the moment so once I go when he can see what he can do and hangs up. I show up and go straight to the front desk. He is already there with his employee and tells me with an attitude. Don’t worry about it they’ll take care of it and also tells me because the way I was acting over the phone flipping out, he didn’t want to have to deal with me once I got there. WOW!!!! I told him the way he speaks to customers is very RUDE and he cuts me off and says we’ll here’s your food you can leave now. I can’t believe this is the type of service you get at such a great quality food place!!! I also work in customer service and always told myself I will always treat my customers or patience the way I want people to treat my family obviously Juan has no respect for himself the way he treats his customers. Thank you Juan for a horrible...
Read moreI recently visited Luna Grill and tried their grilled salmon along with a kobideh plate (Persian-style ground beef skewers), plus hummus and a house salad with tahini sauce.
The salmon was delicious — tender, juicy, and well-seasoned. The kobideh skewers were flavorful and grilled to perfection, making a great combination with the fresh hummus and creamy tahini salad.
The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, with a nice open-space design and tasteful décor. It’s located on a smaller road, but once inside it feels bright and comfortable. The food is made to order, so it takes about 10–15 minutes, but the freshness is worth the wait. Service is self-serve, keeping things simple and efficient.
What I really like about Luna Grill is the variety of options — from salads and bowls to grilled plates and wraps, there’s something for everyone.
Highlights: • Excellent grilled salmon • Authentic-tasting kobideh skewers • Fresh hummus and tahini salad • Comfortable atmosphere and décor • Plenty of healthy menu choices
Overall, Luna Grill is a great spot for affordable Mediterranean-style meals with fresh grilled options. Highly recommend the salmon and kobideh combination....
Read moreGreat Mediterranean restaurant! I was impressed with the decor of the restaurant. It has a modern decor with a few extra accents to give it a nice appearance.
The restaurant features a Panera Bread type style dining where you place your order at the counter and your food is brought to your table. Drinks are self served with your choices of soft drinks and different types of lemonade.
The food was delicious. The beef kabob was very tender and had a great taste to it. The kabob plate was served with rice, bread, salad, and your choice of tomatoes or carrots.
The service was great. I had an issue with the food taking a long time to come out so I asked the person at the counter. He apologized and said that my food was just prepared and that someone will bring it out to my table. A minute after the food was delivered, he came by the table to give me a coupon for a free appetizer for the next visit. What a great...
